I write this on behalf of my brother, sister and myself.
Thank you for the dedicated and compassionate care you showed and provided Mum during these last three months.
Within days of arriving in November, she very quickly referred to Lavender House as home and the staff as her family.
That she settled in so well is a testament to the marvellous caring ethos displayed by all the staff.
You made her final time comfortable, respectful and dignified.
We will always remember.
