I wish to highly commend the excellent activities service and stimulation provided by Mr Z and team.
As the manager, he provides some advance skills and abilities in providing engagement & connections with individual residents as well as groups, from my observations over many months.

His talents as a singer, often in the entrance area/open area, clearly entertain people who enjoy the positive atmosphere promoted. Today the quizz he led was interesting & triggered the memory. The production of "Daily Sparkle" is to be commended as is the promotion of music at the bedside. These interventions promote the quality of life of the residents. Thank you all.

Full of trepidation I arrived at Cooperscroft to await the arrival of my husband from hospital. From the very first moment my fears were allayed. We were treated with kindness and empathy. Super care. My husband has been brilliantly looked after and all his needs catered for. I could not ask for better attention. All my queries have been addressed promptly and efficiently. The staff are first class. I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you Cooperscroft.

I would like to thank all the staff at Cooperscroft for making the transition from hospital, for my father, a seamless one. Dawn was especially helpful in what was a difficult time. I now have peace of mind knowing he is in good hands. It is a lovely nursing home, very clean, comfortable and all the staff are wonderful, and very helpful. They are very dedicated and nothing is too much trouble. They are not only compassionate to the residents, but to their families also. Totally recommend.

Friendly, attentive and professional, the team at Cooperscroft provides much needed support to Dad. The accommodation and facilities are excellent, and the staff take great care to be positive and helpful. The food is of very high quality and the carers quickly alternate between providing meals in the dining room or to Dad's room. Communication with Cooperscroft has been smooth, and the team has always been willing to listen and quick to offer solutions. Living overseas complicates contact with Dad, but the team is always on hand to ensure that we can talk to each other.

Cooperscroft provides excellent support in a friendly and positive environment. I'm very pleased and comforted knowing that Dad is under their care.

What a lovely home. Dad is well looked after and we are all much happier and less stressed knowing that he is being beautifully cared for. Food is excellent and although Dad isn't making full use of the entertainment on offer it's good to know we can all take part if we want too.

Dads rooms in spacious, comfortable and clean with a lovely outlook over the garden. Staff are caring and attentive. We have already made use of the cinema room on a couple of occasions for a family viewing of a Spurs football match! Highly recommended.

Cooperscroft is a lovely home. From the moment Mum arrived, the staff have been super helpful and caring. It's the first time Mum has needed care, but the transition from independent living to living here has been really easy. The location and the view is lovely and every single member of staff has been wonderful, at times spending hours with Mum helping her individually. I wasn't worried at all leaving Mum there - the staff gave me the confidence that they genuinely care for the residents.

Cooperscroft Croft Care Home is an amazing home. The care that they gave my mother over the past three years has been more than we could have wished for.
All the managers, nurses and carers are so caring and they could not do enough for my mother and us when we visited.
They attended her funeral and we also held her wake at the home, which was so lovely and what mum would have wanted.

We can't thank the staff enough for all that they did for mum and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cooperscroft Croft Care Home.

Our dad lived a full and happy life at Cooperscroft for 10 years until he passed away this month. Cooperscroft is a very special place and for dad and for all of us it felt like home. The management team, nurses, care staff and all the admin/support teams are outstanding. Dad was treated with respect, kindness, dignity and love. Over the years, he took a full part in all the activities and was a keen member of the residents' committee. He made many friends both with fellow residents, the staff and other families of residents. His opinions were valued and his input on various matters from menus to activities were taken on board. We enjoyed many family meals, Christmas's and birthdays at Cooperscroft and were always so very glad that we had found such a caring home. We thank every single member of the team for everything they did to support him and also us along the way.

I have previously managed care homes in Surrey and London under TLC Care. Caring has always been at the heart of who I am, and I wanted to channel that passion into my professional life. After completing my Bachelor’s in Nursing in India (2007) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Management from West London College (2010), I began my UK career as a Senior Health Care Assistant while continuing my studies.

Driven by a strong interest in the public health sector, I completed my Master’s in Public Health from BEDS University in 2020.

Over the years, I progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Unit Manager, Care Services Manager, Regional Care Support Manager, and Quality Improvement Manager for TLC Care. In 2021, I was appointed Home Manager at Camberley Manor Care Home in Surrey, before moving to Candlewood House Care Home in July 2022, and currently leading as Home Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home.

I am deeply passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting our elderly residents. It is a privilege to guide and inspire the team at Cooperscroft Care Home on its journey toward achieving an outstanding standard of care.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in Nigeria, where the majority of my experience was in occupational health nursing. I later progressed to become a Public Health Nurse and am currently concluding a Master’s in International Public Health in the UK.

My UK journey began in a care home, where I worked as an adult nurse and developed strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of elderly care. After two years, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and team development.

In 2025, I joined TLC Care as Practice Development Lead at Karuna Manor Care Home. Although my background wasn’t in education, I’ve always had a passion for teaching and supporting others. Between 2018 and 2022, I worked part-time as a Basic Life Support instructor in Nigeria, training healthcare professionals in CPR and resuscitation, a role that shaped my commitment to knowledge-sharing and confidence-building.

Now, as Care Services Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home, I lead with a focus on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for our team members, and to maintaining an outstanding home for our residents, guided by TLC’s values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.

I went on to become a Team Leader, then an Admin Assistant, before moving into my current role as Business Development Manager.

My time at Cooperscroft has shown me the importance of teamwork, compassion and consistency in delivering high-quality care.
