I'm absolutely blown away when visiting my Grandma. We had lunch together the other day, and to say it looked smashing is an understatement!

The staff are so attentive, kind and caring and nothing is too much trouble. My grandma is so content and happy being in the home and the staff really do invest so much time and energy into every resident especially when it comes to entertainment or arranging fun days which my grandma gets involved in.

Dad has settled in very quickly, with the staff being very patient as Dad doesn't communicate well. Dad has more colour in his cheeks and smiles. The staff are always on hand and happy to help Dad with any of his needs with a smile. We feel Dad is safe and well taken care of which makes all his family very happy.

Where do I start? My dad has only been at Cooperscroft for just over a week and to say my brother and I were upset at the prospect of Dad being in a home is an understatement. It is the most wonderful warm welcoming place and the staff is second to none. Nothing is too much trouble and Dad is settling in well. The surroundings are beautiful but what makes a Cooperscroft is the warmth and support of the staff. Thank you so much to you all.

My mother moved into Cooperscroft Care Home when I was unable to care for her at home anymore. She was fiercely independent, drily witty with an abundance of character, which could be challenging on occasions. The staff at Cooperscroft cared for her with respect and dignity. If they hadn't, she would have said! I had peace of mind knowing that she was being looked after by kind professionals. Unfortunately, Mum was not well enough to participate in the activities provided and so I cannot comment on those but I was always impressed by the cleanliness and atmosphere whenever I visited. I have no hesitation in recommending Cooperscroft and I would like to thank them for caring for my mother in the final months of her 101 years of life.

Cooperscroft care home has proved to be an excellent choice. From the friendly advice and help received arranging a placement, making what could have been a stressful process easy and relaxing. To the exceptional daily care and friendship given all of the staff couldn't be kinder. The rooms and the meals are nicer than many hotels. I as a daily visitor am welcomed and looked after myself. In my opinion, I do not think you could find more friendly, dignified and genuine care.

Our mum moved to Cooperscroft Care Home from a hospice as she now needs palliative care. Everyone has made us feel so welcome and are showing such care for Mum, from giving her ice cream, hand and feet massages or simply comforting her when she's scared. As a family, it's a difficult time but having Mum safe and cared for at this time means so much to us. Huge thanks to the matron for all you do, you're the best.

Any anxieties about moving to Cooperscroft Care Home melted away on day one. When I visit my husband each day he tells me "this is the best day ever". Staff are kind, attentive and always happy to chat and reassure. His personal care is excellent. Staff are supportive to the family too and nothing is too much trouble. My husband could not be in better hands. Thank you! He cannot take part in activities but has all the attention he needs.

I did a lot of research into care homes catering for Parkinson's and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. Wonderful location with a tranquil garden and lovely views. All the staff and management team are genuinely lovely, kind and caring. Certainly not the cheapest, but worth going that little bit further on cost for peace of mind. I only wish Mum could have enjoyed a longer stay. Thank you to the whole team.

Cooperscroft Care Home has cared for my husband with support, kindness and excellent nursing care over the last fifteen months. Sadly, my husband passed away a short while ago but we have special, fond memories of spending precious time with him over the last few months of his life knowing he was so well cared for. For this, the whole Cooperscroft team will never be forgotten for all their kindness and care and we can’t “thank you” all enough.

Although my mum was only with Cooperscroft Care Home for a short time, I have a very positive view of the care home from what I experienced and witnessed. The quality of care from the carers and nurses was very high and my mum was treated very well by staff members.

I found the staff very knowledgeable about my mum and was always one step ahead of my concerns and suggestions. I'm very thankful my mum was at Cooperscroft during her last few weeks.

I have previously managed care homes in Surrey and London under TLC Care. Caring has always been at the heart of who I am, and I wanted to channel that passion into my professional life. After completing my Bachelor’s in Nursing in India (2007) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Management from West London College (2010), I began my UK career as a Senior Health Care Assistant while continuing my studies.

Driven by a strong interest in the public health sector, I completed my Master’s in Public Health from BEDS University in 2020.

Over the years, I progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Unit Manager, Care Services Manager, Regional Care Support Manager, and Quality Improvement Manager for TLC Care. In 2021, I was appointed Home Manager at Camberley Manor Care Home in Surrey, before moving to Candlewood House Care Home in July 2022, and currently leading as Home Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home.

I am deeply passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting our elderly residents. It is a privilege to guide and inspire the team at Cooperscroft Care Home on its journey toward achieving an outstanding standard of care.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in Nigeria, where the majority of my experience was in occupational health nursing. I later progressed to become a Public Health Nurse and am currently concluding a Master’s in International Public Health in the UK.

My UK journey began in a care home, where I worked as an adult nurse and developed strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of elderly care. After two years, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and team development.

In 2025, I joined TLC Care as Practice Development Lead at Karuna Manor Care Home. Although my background wasn’t in education, I’ve always had a passion for teaching and supporting others. Between 2018 and 2022, I worked part-time as a Basic Life Support instructor in Nigeria, training healthcare professionals in CPR and resuscitation, a role that shaped my commitment to knowledge-sharing and confidence-building.

Now, as Care Services Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home, I lead with a focus on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for our team members, and to maintaining an outstanding home for our residents, guided by TLC’s values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.
