As a relative of a resident, I am extremely happy with the level of service provided as is my aunt. There is a high standard of care and support with kind and caring staff willing to go the extra mile.

Cooperscroft, in my opinion, is outstanding. The carers and management right down to the chef and laundry lady are outstanding. Everybody is very approachable and very helpful, you only have to ask and it's done. I always recommend Cooperscroft to my clients.

Cooperscroft is a gem!!! My brother found this wonderful home for my 95 year old mother who is looked after on a daily basis by the most caring, thoughtful and happy staff. I live in the US and being so far away I need to know that my mother experiences the same care as she would receive from her own children. There is no doubt in my mind that we could do no more for her than the wonderful people who take care of her every day. We truly give thanks that we found Cooperscroft and its very special staff, who go above and beyond to make each and every resident's day a happy one.

This is a very modern and extremely comfortable care home staffed by wonderfully caring staff. My mother aged 95 has been a resident for just over a year and my siblings and I are delighted with the way in which my mother is cared for in such a caring and loving environment. It gives us enormous comfort to know she is safe and comfortable surrounded by dedicated staff. She and we count ourselves as being extremely fortunate and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cooperscroft to anyone who is thinking about a care home for a loved one.
We attended the quiz it was very enjoyable and engaging for all residents and visitors alike. The team were fantastic. Thank you for a wonderful evening.

The Cooperscroft team and very pleased that you could come along to support our event. We are also happy you enjoyed spending a fun evening with your dad, who by the way always seems to win our competitions !
Nice place, stunning gardens, attentive staff, and close to (my) home. Given that no one wants to end their years in an old peoples home, this is about as perfect as you can get.

Thank you for your lovely review of Cooperscroft Care Home we appreciate it.
Resident was very upset about leaving her home but knew it was for the best at 96 years. Cooperscroft staff were caring, friendly, helpful and made the move for the resident on the day very smooth. She loves the place.

Please pass on our thanks to the team who dad said worked really hard to make the events a success and hugely enjoyable to all. Lovely to have my dad back to being like his old self and full of chat. I meant to say at the relatives' meeting what a great calendar of events the team puts together, so wanted to make up for that by sending this. Thank you.
We are so pleased your dad is enjoying the summer programme of events. The activity team do put in a lots of hard work but it is worth it when the residents are happy. I will pass on your thanks.

Excellent facility. Like a luxury hotel. Varied activities. Lovely location. Staff seem to be great. They took very good care of my nan after she was left disabled by a stroke. They then took equally good care of her when she was dying from a heart condition, and even though she was already close to the end they let her come back to the care home to die instead of dying in a horrible hospital ward.
We are sorry that you lost your Nan but happy that you and your family experienced help and support from the team at Cooperscroft
It's the best for me, the staff are very helpful, nice and kind. I can't praise them enough.

Thank you Gladys we enjoy you being a part of the cooperscroft family.
The quality and kindness of the care at Cooperscourt is insurpassable! The carers work is amazing and their kindness incredible. This is a care home and the importance of that word care is carried out impeccably. We cannot praise them more highly in the often stressful and difficult work they do.

I have previously managed care homes in Surrey and London under TLC Care. Caring has always been at the heart of who I am, and I wanted to channel that passion into my professional life. After completing my Bachelor’s in Nursing in India (2007) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Nursing Management from West London College (2010), I began my UK career as a Senior Health Care Assistant while continuing my studies.
Driven by a strong interest in the public health sector, I completed my Master’s in Public Health from BEDS University in 2020.
Over the years, I progressed through a variety of leadership roles, including Unit Manager, Care Services Manager, Regional Care Support Manager, and Quality Improvement Manager for TLC Care. In 2021, I was appointed Home Manager at Camberley Manor Care Home in Surrey, before moving to Candlewood House Care Home in July 2022, and currently leading as Home Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home.
I am deeply passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting our elderly residents. It is a privilege to guide and inspire the team at Cooperscroft Care Home on its journey toward achieving an outstanding standard of care.

I qualified as a Registered Nurse in Nigeria, where the majority of my experience was in occupational health nursing. I later progressed to become a Public Health Nurse and am currently concluding a Master’s in International Public Health in the UK.My UK journey began in a care home, where I worked as an adult nurse and developed strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of elderly care. After two years, I was promoted to Deputy Manager, gaining valuable experience in operations, leadership, and team development.
In 2025, I joined TLC Care as Practice Development Lead at Karuna Manor Care Home. Although my background wasn’t in education, I’ve always had a passion for teaching and supporting others. Between 2018 and 2022, I worked part-time as a Basic Life Support instructor in Nigeria, training healthcare professionals in CPR and resuscitation, a role that shaped my commitment to knowledge-sharing and confidence-building.
Now, as Care Services Manager at Cooperscroft Care Home, I lead with a focus on quality, compassion, and continuous improvement. I’m dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment for our team members, and to maintaining an outstanding home for our residents, guided by TLC’s values of Truth, Love, and Compassion.

I hold a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Management from the United Kingdom, along with Diplomas in Software Engineering and Finance & Business Administration from Sri Lanka.
My career has spanned a variety of industries, giving me a broad range of experience in business development, technology, human resources, and finance. I began my professional journey as a Business Development Manager with one of Sri Lanka's leading multinational companies before relocating to the UK. In the UK, I worked as a Team Leader and later as an IT Consultant with Thames Water PLC, where I further developed my leadership, analytical, and customer-focused skills.
I joined TLC Cooperscroft as an Administrative Assistant and was subsequently promoted to HR & Finance Manager. This role has provided me with the opportunity to combine my passion for people, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while supporting both the team and the organisation's objectives. Working in the care sector has been an inspiring and rewarding experience. Every day reinforces the importance of TLC Cooperscroft’ s core values of Truth, Love, and Compassion, which guide everything we do. I joined TLC Cooperscroft 3 years ago as the Maintenance Manager, bringing with me valuable experience from my previous role with a property developer. It was there that I developed many of the practical skills and knowledge needed to maintain a care home to a high standard, ensuring it is not only safe and well maintained but also a comfortable and welcoming place for residents to call home.
Since joining the team, I have had the opportunity to build on those skills and continue my professional development.
Working in a care home is unlike any other maintenance role. Every day brings a new challenge, whether it’s responding to unexpected repairs, planning preventative maintenance, supporting colleagues, or finding ways to improve the environment for our residents. The variety of the role means there is never a dull moment, and I enjoy the problem-solving and teamwork that comes with it.

I hold two master’s degrees: a master’s in international business from the UK and a master’s in business administration, specialising in Finance and Marketing from India. I previously worked as an assistant sales manager in India. In December 2024, I joined TLC Care as a Customer Service Supervisor at TLC Cooperscroft Care Home.
I truly enjoy working with our residents and their families, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and the highest standard of hospitality and care. Also being an engagement champion, I enjoy creating a positive and fun environment for the team.
Building meaningful relationships and helping others has always been my passion, both in my previous role and at TLC. I strongly believe in TLC’s core values of Truth, Love, and Compassion, and I strive to reflect these values in everything I do.
