My mother was well looked after. Her needs were met on every occasion. The staff are amazing, they showed support and empathy to both my mother and us, her family. Beautiful home.

My wife has been in Heath Lodge for 17 months and has been bedridden for the last 10 months. The atmosphere in Heath Lodge is very efficient, but at the same time welcoming and positive. The management, nurses and carers are all very conscientious and helpful and have a respectful but kind and friendly
relationship with the residents. The premises are kept clean and residents' personal clothes are changed and cleaned every day. My wife has to be fed now but care is taken to ensure she does not become dehydrated. An excellent nursing care home.

Mums had amazing care at Heath Lodge Care Home WGC, from the office staff to the care staff and the friendly cleaners.
Nothing is to much trouble we thought we were going to lose mum before Christmas and they all were so lovely with the family and mum and she has now improved and put on weight and
her health has settled down thanks to the dedication of everyone in the care home and one member off staff in particular has been amazing.

My dad wasn't encouraged to use the dining room or lounge area and spent far to long lying in bed getting more and more depressed.
The rooms throughout were dark and gloomy. The nursing staff available were in the communal area so no privacy about discussing things.
Some staff were caring and professional
but by dad didn't get overall quality care.

My dad experienced excellent care throughout his stay at Heath Lodge care home. Staff were consistently kind, considerate and patient at all times. A huge thank you to everyone for their kindness during dad's stay. A particular thank you to care manager for ensuring my dad's experience was a happy one

I highly recommend Heath Lodge. My father was admitted in April 2023 and we were apprehensive but we needn't of worried from the first day we were put at ease. His care was exceptional we were treated wonderfully by all staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Every member of staff from management carers
cleaners laundry and catering were amazing. The last week of his life we spent very long days with him. The staff cared for us as much as him. Thank you for everything.

My mum came to Heath Lodge on the 20th January and I must say the staff are excellent especially certain individuals they have been very and supportive and helpful. I am very happy for my Mum to stay here as I am very happy with everyone here and the quality of care.

I can't thank all the staff at Heath Lodge enough for the outstanding care they show my Mother. Her room is like a home away from home and the care the staff from the top down give her is second to none. She is so content and smiles all the time now and I wouldn't like to see her anywhere else.

My step dad is in this home and we can't thank them enough for all the work they do. He has been in 2 other homes and this is by far the best the respect and care they give is beautiful and so good all we could have asked for but 1 thing is he could have a little more stimulating things to keep him
awake in the daytime to help him sleep at night but thank you so much truly we are so happy and so is dad thanks.

In the further weeks mum has been in nothing your guys do is any good you lock her away but every time I down she's in bed and she's asked to go which is not fair on you keepers as there are further of them and lots to do what I see is the best house keeping and you guys are outstanding I have seen
the same problems when I have been in hospital and you all do a super job
