The staff are lovely and always there to help and answer questions. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The living room is very homely. The equipment is brilliant. Thank you very much for looking after Mum.

Everyone, from the admin staff to the home manager, including the nursing team and carers, are treating Dad, and the whole family, with such kindness and love. Nothing, nothing! is too much trouble. My dad arrived early in January 2024 from hospital very scared, frail and upset but has received amazing care here! Everyone has been so lovely towards him, the food is amazing and plentiful. He has been looked after so well, especially two staff members in particular! I can’t thank you enough for making
a very hard few weeks more bearable with your care.

Excellent care home. Care given is above and beyond. Staff are kind, polite and nothing is too much for them. Food looks good and smells delicious. The home is spotless. Cleaners do a fantastic job, couldn't fault anyone.
Staff care for family as much as client. We are very well looked after.

Went to Heath Lodge for Christmas lunch with my partner. The lunch was lovely and as always the staff were great and made a real effort to make sure the residents and their families had a lovely day.

My father has only been in the care home for a few weeks. He has settled well in his surroundings. The staff are so caring; they go the "extra mile" to make his stay as homely as possible. They support him and show dignity at all times. The management staff are very supportive, always there to help
and answer any questions you may have.

The care at this home has been excellent. As I am unable to stand or walk at all, (I have Spinabifida), I have needed considerable help. The carers have had to put me on the toilet and clean me afterwards. They have helped me to maintain my dignity.
I cannot thank them enough.

My mum was admitted for only 3 weeks of respite care but our experience was most pleasing with the staff especially kind, considerate and professional, a massive thanks to all concerned! If Heath Lodge was close to our family we would have certainly considered permanent residence.

Everyone is so friendly, be it carers, cleaners, managers etc.
I can’t question the care taken of my mum, she feels so comfortable with everyone; the care for my mother is great.

I cannot thank the staff enough for their outstanding care and support in looking after my mum as she recovered from a total knee replacement operation. The staff could not do enough to make my mum’s 2-week stay as comfortable as possible. The care and attention she received from her medical needs to
her emotional needs was beyond what we could have asked for.
Thank you to the office ladies, carers, nurses, kitchen staff and cleaners. You are all wonderful!

The home is very clean. Residents are well looked after. Staff very approachable, friendly and very helpful.
Good understanding of mandatory training.
Keen to learn if not sure. Residents are always offered drinks, water and encouraged to eat.

My sister arrived needing hourly care which couldn't be sustained at home or in hospital.

The staff are always polite and helpful. Office staff are very helpful.
All the carers are great.
The nurse is fantastic.
Especially we want to thank two members of care staff in particular. They are so kind and caring with my step-mother.

It was our mum's 94th birthday on Sunday July 30th and of course English weather was not good!
Heath Lodge allowed us to use the cinema room and have a family gathering and what a wonderful time we had.
They made us all very welcome, the staff were excellent, there was a birthday banner and the chef
baked her a cake and the staff all came and sang happy birthday to her.
Thank you so much Heath Lodge for the care you give to our mum and to all your other residents.
