Everyone, from the admin staff to the home manager, including the nursing team and carers, are treating Dad, and the whole family, with such kindness and love. Nothing, nothing! is too much trouble. The attention to detail with personal care is amazing. Dad couldn't be in a better place. Thank you to all at Heath Lodge, you are all exceptional individuals. Our admiration and respect for you, as a family, is infinite.
Hello Gary, Thank you so much for spending your time to give us such a positive compliment towards our team and their hard work and dedication. We will continue to deliver the quality care to our service users.
My dad arrived early in January 2024 from hospital very scared, frail and upset but has received amazing care here! Everyone has been so lovely towards him, the food is amazing and plentiful. He has been looked after so well, especially two staff members in particular! I can’t thank you enough for making a very hard few weeks more bearable with your care.
Thank you so much for spending your time to give us feedback. I will pass the massage to our team and always make sure all families and residents experience love, care, happiness and feel safe in our service.

Went to Heath Lodge for Christmas lunch with my partner. The lunch was lovely and as always the staff were great and made a real effort to make sure the residents and their families had a lovely day.
Thank you so much Graham for taking the time to give us your feedback. I will convey your message to the team and will always do our best to keep our residents and families happy.
Carers treat me and care for me very well.
Thank you so much for your kind words. It means a lot when resident residing in the home gives us such a nice compliment about their experience.
My father has only been in the care home for a few weeks. He has settled well in his surroundings. The staff are so caring; they go the "extra mile" to make his stay as homely as possible. They support him and show dignity at all times. The management staff are very supportive, always there to help and answer any questions you may have.
Thank you for sharing your experience of moving into our home. We are so pleased to hear that your father has settled in, and I will share your feedback with the whole team. Warm regards.
I cannot thank them enough.

Your kind words mean a lot to us. If there's anything more we can do for you, please don't hesitate to let us know.
My mum was admitted for only 3 weeks of respite care but our experience was most pleasing with the staff especially kind, considerate and professional, a massive thanks to all concerned! If Heath Lodge was close to our family we would have certainly considered permanent residence.
Thank you and take care.
I was quite happy with everything. The staff were lovely. The food was nice, enjoyed my stay.
I can’t question the care taken of my mum, she feels so comfortable with everyone; the care for my mother is great.
Clean and tidy, they have someone always cleaning.
thank you so much for taking time to do our review and give such a good review. We will continue to provide the best care to your mother and other residents.
Thank you to the office ladies, carers, nurses, kitchen staff and cleaners. You are all wonderful!

Everyone was so welcoming. If only my mother was able to understand more at the time, she would have loved the food, people, and entertainment. A very big thank you for making her last months more pleasurable.
We truly appreciate your kind words and the time you took to share your feedback. It's heart warming to hear that your mother felt welcomed and enjoyed the food, company, and entertainment during her time at Heath Lodge. Your appreciation means a lot to us, and we are honoured to have been a part of making her last months more pleasurable. Kind regards
Good understanding of mandatory training.

All the carers are great.

Heath Lodge allowed us to use the cinema room and have a family gathering and what a wonderful time we had.
They made us all very welcome, the staff were excellent, there was a birthday banner and the chef baked her a cake and the staff all came and sang happy birthday to her.
Thank you so much Heath Lodge for the care you give to our mum and to all your other residents.
It was a pleasure for us to make it possible to celebrate your mum's birthday along with her family members despite the weather conditions. Heath Lodge is your mum's home and we believe she should be allowed to do whatever she wishes to. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our residents in our...
Thank you so much for looking after my husband so well. The staff went the extra mile to make my husband comfortable. They also treated the resident's family with care and respect. I highly recommend Heath Lodge to friends who are looking for a care home.
Thank you so much for giving your time to send us feedback of your experience during your husbands stay within our service. I will relay the message to my team. Take care.
For the few short days of Mum's stay, the staff were amazing, caring and compassionate. Thank you.
thank you so much for spending your time to give us such a positive feedback. I will convey this message to our team and will always continue delivering quality care.
They sometimes forgot to put in his teeth. They keep unplugging his mobile phone so it can't be used. It is very noisy at night so he can't sleep. He doesn't like the food. He feels the nighttime care is not reliable. One of the senior carers is very good. One of the other residents keeps coming into his room.
Thank you for taking the time to submit a review. We are sorry to hear you had a negative experience at Heath Lodge Care Centre, and we would like to obtain further details regarding your visit. To discuss your feedback further, please contact our care home manager at 01438 716180 at your earliest...
