My mum has been a resident for a year, she is happy and looked after. Staff are caring and helpful. If we have any issues staff are always there to help.
Thank you so much for giving your time to leave a positive feedback for our service. We will continue to deliver quality care for our residents.
Both my parents were in care together before they passed away. The staff were wonderful, very compassionate and professional. They treated them both with dignity, I cannot thank them enough.
Thank you so much for spending your time to give us such positive feedback. I will share this with the team. Your parents are dearly missed by us. Take care.
Heath Lodge feels like home when we visit and both my sister and I have never had any doubts that we chose the right place for Mum.
Thank you so much for spending the time to give us such positive feedback. We are glad that you as family members feel that you have chosen the right place for your loved one which means a lot to us. We will continue to deliver quality care to our residents and I will be liaising with my activities coordinator to focus on residents spending more time in their rooms as well.
Excellent caring care for over a year. My husband had the best possible last year in the circumstances. Always treated with dignity and humour. Plentiful food and drink all through the day. His personal care was first class, hair cut and brushed, nails cut, soothing balm for dry lips etc. All the family would like to thank the staff of Heath Lodge.
Thank you, Diana, for taking the time to give us such lovely feedback. I will share this with my team and will always try our best to deliver the best care to our residents.
My grandad had such beautiful care from all the staff. The carers showed such compassion for their job. He was always treated with dignity right up to the end. Even when he was unaware. They were so accommodating to me and his family. Always checking in on us offering drinks and food, plus kind words of support through a very hard time. Even though my grandad was only there just over four weeks all the staff seemed to have bonded with him and cared for him. I can't thank the carers and nurses enough. They made a really hard time in our lives a bit easier.
Thank you so much Alice for taking your time to give us feedback. We are glad to know that our carers and nurses are very caring and they delivered care to your grandad with compassion, dignity and respect which gave you and family reassurance during those hard time in your lives. We will continue to deliver good quality care to our residents. Take care.
The staff in this home have been amazing. Both our parents have thrived in this environment over the last 6 weeks, couldn't ask for more. They both have very different healthcare/nursing needs but the home has made sure they are together as much as possible.
Thank you so much for spending time to give us review. We are pleased to hear that you are happy with the care given to your mum and dad. We will continue to maintain our quality care in our service and ensure our residents are happy and safe.
My wife is treated with dignity and kindness by all staff. I can find no fault whatsoever. I find no pressure on me at all. Thanks.

Enhancing residents lives by bringing joy and happiness is our mission and families satisfaction means a lot for our team.
All the staff, including office staff, are very professional and helpful with a caring nature. So far, I am very happy with the way my dad is being looked after. The atmosphere of the care home is nice and welcoming. Seeing the level of care my dad is getting makes him feel he is at home and not in a care home. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your time to give us such positive feedback. It means a lot to us. I will share this with my team and will make sure the team will always deliver their best to all our residents and make them feel safe and happy in our service.
My father was admitted to Heath Lodge after a hospital stay where he caught Covid. After his quarantine finished the GP advised he was too frail to be released home and so was admitted permanently to Heath Lodge, a huge blow to him and his family. Especially at the time as no visitors were allowed inside. The management and staff did their utmost to reassure him and us and settle him into the home. Over the 15 months, he was at Heath Lodge everyone there became like family to us, and Dad was lucky enough to have the same wonderful care throughout until he passed. We are enormously grateful to everyone at Heath Lodge and have no hesitation in recommending them.
Take care.
Whenever your loved ones goes into a home you worry. Out of sight, you do not know what happens. I can only please everyone at Heath Lodge from top to toe the whole home is exemplary. The care my father-in-law received was exceptional. The team made us feel very welcome and were always on top of how my father in law was feeling. We were reassured that the last year of his life was spent being cared for by compassionate people for that we will be eternally grateful.
We would like to express huge thank you to you for such a positive feedback. It means a lot for us. We will continue to deliver high standard quality care to our residents and make sure they feel loved, safe and secure in our service. Take care.
The staff showed my father nothing but kindness. The care is consistently wonderful, making sure he was comfortable. He was only at Heath Lodge for three months but it felt like home and the staff were like his extended family. We are sad he is leaving but he needed to be closer to us for visiting.
Thank you so much for spending time to review our service. I am glad that you felt safe leaving your dad in our hands which means a lot for us. We hope he is doing well in another service. Please give our regards to him.
THe management was very welcoming and all the staff caring and kind.

This care home is very welcoming, the staff and management were very kind and caring. My dad was treated with respect and dignity. He enjoy the food and was very comfortable in his spacious room. The management were very vigilant in keeping residents safe during this Covid pandemic.
Our mother was a resident at Heath Lodge for a very short time. However, from the first day she arrived, it was clear the staff were welcoming, having been met and warmly greeted at the entrance. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are of a good size, clean, bright and as with Mums room, double aspect. The manager and her team kept us up to date with Mum’s situation and were polite and caring whether this was on the phone or in person. Our Mum had a difficult year and been in two previous care homes, as a family we wished we had known about Heath Lodge before as I am sure she would have settled here long term and been happy had she not been so frail and passed away.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. It is good to know that you rested assured with the care delivered to your mother at Heath Lodge. Thank you so much for recommending us to others. Stay safe and take care.
Everyone here is very kind, helpful and responsive to requests. There are so many activities for residents to do and the food quality is good. My grandad's room is clean, spacious and he feels safe here.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. It's great to hear that your granddad is enjoying himself, with the wonderful care and numerous activities of our team. Activities are a great form of stimulation, so it's wonderful to hear that your granddad has found his enjoyment again and he feels safe in our service. Stay safe.
Mum had a couple of respite stays last year and since May now lives permanently in the home. We have found the staff to be very kind and caring. Mum is now bed-bound and can't take part in any of the activities but they continue to help to engage her. Her room is always clean and well-kept. We are very happy with the home, service and care she receives. Thank you.
Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us such a positive review. It's great to hear that your mother is looked after with the wonderful care of our team and she gets engaged continuously in her bedroom. Stay safe.
Dad was admitted to Heath Lodge after contracting Covid in hospital. He was bedridden and weak. However, since then he has improved considerably thanks to the dedication and commitment of the staff. He is now able to walk with assistance, feed himself and join in activities - we are delighted to see such an improvement. The staff are all very friendly and helpful on our visits.

I have found all the staff and management extremely helpful and polite. No matter what time you call them they always have a smile on their face. Although I am only here for respite I was treated with dignity. My stay here has been very good and I would recommend this place to anyone who asked. I have found the food excellent, plenty of it and I am very fussy about my meals, but I have not found any fault at all.
My nan loves it here.
Carers are all really friendly and helpful.
The care home is managed really well which makes visits easy and they give great care to residents.
