Hello Kenneth, I would first like to mention that we really appreciate your honest feedback. We have raised your concerns to our regional and quality managers who will look into your concerns in further depth. We have started looking into activities that your mother can participate in either on her own or with other residents, depending on the circumstance. All residents have key workers which is to enable positive regular relationship building. We have regular resident feedback sessions, our last session took place in March 2018. In these sessions, we discuss what more we can do for our residents, then begin to implement the ideas into reality. We would like you to attend our upcoming feedback session which will be Thursday 22nd November 2018. Your involvement can shape and create a positive experience for your mother. We would like to hear your ideas. We value your opinion and look forward to seeing you there.
