All the staff here are so caring. They have looked after my mother for many years. The manager comes up with some very innovative ideas. From an overgrown garden made into a 50's street. The staff not only look after my mother, they also support myself and siblings. The home is a joy.

This would be a similar review I have written before. All features of this care home are of a high standard but would particularly mention the staff whose sympathetic, helpful and understanding nature gives me confidence and security in the care of my sister

I am very happy with the standard of care and support provided. I am constantly amazed at how pleasant and jolly the carers are. I had looked at several care homes before choosing this one and it was immediately clear that the standard of this one was much higher. The costs were more-or-less comparable.

My mother has lived in the care home for just over one year, during which time her dementia has worsened. Assessment of her needs is performed regularly by staff who are trained in dementia care. They are always kind, patient and know how she has been when I visit.

Prince Michael of Kent Court has Super staff, who are caring and enthusiastic. They try to accommodate all needs. They have a great entertainment teamwork who constantly lay on an interesting interactive programme. The staff maintain a calm welcoming and caring attitude to both the residents and their family and friends. Staff remain calm despite some of the residents with dementia having their own challenging behaviours.

Our family is delighted to have found Prince Michael of Kent Court for our mother. We are relieved that she has settled there and that she is looked after so well. We are very thankful to the whole team.

My mother has been a resident here for about three years and I have visited often. I feel completely confident that she is very well looked after and provided for, in fact, I can't think of a better place she could be at this stage of her life (at age 98 with early dementia). The duty managers are always clued up about her condition, and always call me if there's something to report. I'm welcome to visit any time and they have always accommodated my requests for access or information. At the end of the day, she's as happy there as I can imagine her being, and have no complaints whatsoever.

Making a decision of placing a loved one in any Care Home is always difficult but we found at Prince Michael of Kent Court every effort was made for our Mum to feel home from home.

Prince Michael of Kent Court maintains a very high standard of care and dignity for the Residents. Their individual needs are well catered for. There is always a warm welcome in a spacious and airy lounge to spend time with mum. Staff encourage Residents to join in with daily activities ranging from simple games, arts and crafts, flower arrangement, music, afternoons tea parties, BBQs in the beautiful gardens and plenty more. Relatives are welcome to join in. There is a good ratio of staff on duty including weekends. Good in-house catering to suit individual needs and with prior notice, we have been able to have a meal with mum where staff set a table just for two. The staff are incredibly well trained and quick in requesting medical advice. We give credit to the Management and every member of staff at Prince Michael of Kent Court for all their efforts in looking after our Mum.

Whenever I visit P.M. of K.C. (each week) I find the staff helpful and kind, the home immaculate, with activities taking place. My friend seems happy and contented.

P.M. of K.Court is undoubtedly the best care home I have ever visited.

I have been at the home nearly three years. The room is very comfortable and my bed os comfortable. I have my own toilet and washroom. The bathrooms and showers have recently been refurbished. There is very little disturbance at night. All the staff are very kind and helpful. The meals are satisfying. Various activities are arranged and there is a monthly programme of events. There are lovely gardens to sit in and 3 ducks provide entertainment. There Friends Association organise outings and family events. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming.

The very best possible in care, quality of food, cleanliness and safety which make it a true 'home from home' environment with a relaxing 'holiday' with friends, 5 star accommodation, all inclusive ambience.

The care and attention given by staff is exemplary with the right amount of assistance given to each resident - good monitoring systems, unregimented, individual attention, but with a sense of freedom - my mother is very happy there and therefore her family is satisfied that she could not be in a better place.

The staff are welcoming and friendly. The care that is given to the residents is all that you would want. It is a huge relief to know that my dad is well looked after and safe.
The building is well designed so that residents can always sit looking outside in the conservatory, in the main lounge where there is always something going on or in their own corridors quiet lounge.

I would recommend this home without reservation.

Always a warm and friendly welcome upon arrival from all staff and always informed of any changes in my partner. Very impressive range of activities to stimulate residents. My only area of concern is why a resident is woken up at 5.45 am - far too early.

Excellent home. The atmosphere is positive and calm, much love and attention to detail of my mum. I asked mum how it is here her reply was "The Queen couldn't be better looked after," that says it all!!
