Overall Experience

Mum was a resident at the Claremont for 22 months. It is a small home with a lovely personal feel. It has hardly any staff turnover and this helps relationships develop which ensures great continuation of care. Communication was always good and as a family, we too felt supported. It is spotlessly clean, a calm environment, and always full of fun and laughter. Mum was respected and cared for very well and her experience was a positive one. The management has such an active role and has created a real home from home. I wouldn't have any hesitation recommending the Claremont.

Overall Experience

Mum has been in Claremont for about 4 & 1/2 years now she is well cared for and quite well considering her Alzheimers. She is treated with respect and seems very happy there. The management and staff are always helpful and keep us up to date on a weekly basis, regarding mum's health and soon inform us of any problems. Seeing her settled, happy and cared for is such a relief as we know she is safe.
