Overall Experience

The care given in this home is brilliant, staff is interactive with residents and extremely friendly. They take time to know each resident their needs and personality even though they have dementia. This is a very skilled job and the staff go over and above to make the atmosphere as homely as possible, they care. The only downfall is they do not have enough funding to make their job easier with more up-to-date facilities. This is extremely sad as I am sure this particular home could be exceptional with some money put into updating the home.
