Overall Experience
My sister has been at this home now for several years and from the first moment of being there has had nothing but the best care and attention. I live a long time away and cannot get there these days, but I am in a very secure frame of mind knowing that my sister is in a place that resembles her home and not an institution. All the staff are caring and professional in taking care of their clients.

Overall Experience
We are not in the position of being able to get to see for ourselves the facilities and premises. Therefore we can only surmise that they are as good as the management and staff who run the home. The way they keep us informed about what goes on with phone calls, photographs and newsletters we find excellent. To sum up - we can only lavish praise on an excellent team.

Overall Experience
Milestone House is one of the best homes. I've looked at many. The staff are kind, friendly and show respect to all patients in the home. The manager is always on hand if needed to speak with if needed. I can put my hand on heart and say Milestone House is an excellent home.
