My wife has vascular dementia, social services advised she needed care home attention and after looking at a number of homes, my son and daughter found Tarry's. My wife was accepted and entered for respite care on 12th April 2014. It's very hard being separated after 50+ years, but she appears very
content once she was settled after 3-6 months, and now appears to regard it as home. She is active but has no cognitive conversation. The management is excellent, all of the ample number of care staff are attentive and treat everybody with love and respect. Its a great comfort to know she is there.

I really cannot rate Tarry`s highly enough. The care and love that my Mother receives there is second to none. Our family were really concerned that Mum would not settle anywhere other than her own home but Tarry`s IS her home now. We are so grateful to all the staff. There are regular parties which
we are all invited to and the residents really enjoy these occasions. Nothing is too much trouble for Tarry`s and we are so pleased Mum is being looked after there.
