Thank you so much for taking the time to share your wonderful feedback. We are delighted to hear that your mum is already experiencing such a positive impact from her physiotherapy sessions .It is especially encouraging to know that, while it is still early days physically, your mum's mental wellbeing has improved so significantly. Helping residents feel motivated, engaged, and confident is just as important as supporting their physical health, and it is lovely to hear how much she enjoys her sessions and the sense of achievement she gains from completing her daily exercises.
Our physiotherapist is passionate about providing person-centred support, and your comments about the time she has taken to understand what works best for your mum and create a tailored plan will mean a great deal to her.
Thank you once again for your kind words. We look forward to supporting your mum on her continued wellbeing journey and celebrating her progress along the way.
