Although I have highlighted March 2020, this has been ongoing since then ( Covid 19). My son has in my opinion been in the safest hands possible. The reason I am bringing this to your attention today is due to receiving - delivered to my door! - the most fantastic present any parent would wish to receive; my son is severely autistic and one of his Senior care workers, complied a beautiful album of photographs, lovely off the cuff remarks, poetry and the things that memories are made of for me on my birthday. This was, as you will be aware, really poignant, as I haven't seen my son since March 21st. I would like to personally thank all of you for your complete dedication and in particular the senior care worker for just knowing what a mum wants ... You are all brilliant!

We find all the staff very helpful and patient with the guests at the home. My aunt is well cared for always clean and tidy, her bedroom is also clean with no smells in it. They keep the guests well entertained and active which is good to see. We go into the home on different days of the week and different times of the day and all is well, whenever we go we cannot fault this home in any way.
Thank you very much for taking the time to post this review. I know the team at Winchester will be delighted with your feedback as they work very hard to make it the best home they can for all the people they support there.
