We were made most welcome when we visited and the advice we were given was excellent.
The home was warm, very clean and the activities and events were excellent.
The general environment was modern and very comfortable.
We will always be grateful for the care and understanding my aunt received while she was resident in the Henry Cornish.
A very modern establishment light and airy with beautiful gardens, large well-appointed bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Staff interact well with residents and are always available. With the doctor's surgery and the hospital is just 100 yards away, you could not ask for a better location. I really would recommend this home to anyone looking to place a family member for either respite or long term care.
My father was in your care for 7 months, I must say that the care he received was absolutely fabulous, your team were so good with him, professional and friendly. If any problem arose they were quick to deal with it many thanks on behalf of the whole family.
Excellent. The staff are all helpful. I would definitely recommend to other users. Food good.
Not enough staff so lack of showers. Lack of imagination of food. Best care home. Staff are all lovely.
Everyone is extremely kind, patient, caring, professional. We are very lucky to have this facility.
The staff are very compassionate and terribly committed to what they do. They communicate very well and have always kept me informed at every stage. There is a good team of people here which has helped me with my recovery.
Very impressed with the care and overall professionalism going into looking after my dad. Highly recommend.
We viewed 10. Many were appalling and we used Henry Cornish as our gold standard against which to measure what we were looking for.
I visited for coffee morning to see staff and residents who gave my mother such good care during her four years at Henry Cornish.
