Cossins House is a renovated period property set in four acres of beautiful grounds that feature a chicken coop and outdoor seating areas for residents to enjoy. The home is a short distance from Cobham's shops, cafes and pubs, as well as Painshill Park for resident's outings.

My gran couldn’t be happier than she is at Cossins House. Staff are polite and caring and have been keeping in contact with us during COVID. I am sent a lovely newsletter every month to show the wonderful activities taking place. The grounds are super and very well kept. I couldn’t ask for anything
more than what is already offered at Cossins.

From day one when the resident came to Cossins House, the care has been consistently excellent. She has been treated with love and care and sensitivity to all her needs. She herself has always said how kind everybody has been to her, in her own words, everybody is 'marvellous'.

After visiting my grandmother while on leave I am yet again taken aback how amazing the staff are at Cossins House. My grandmother is very comfortable and cared for beyond my wishes. We fed her lunch which was not only well-balanced but delicious by the looks of her empty plate yet again. Thank you

In my opinion, Cossins House is one of the best in Surrey. I have relatives in a couple of other homes and my daughter is a carer in one of them but Cossins House is by far the cleanest, most caring and friendliest of them all.

Each time I visit I find my friend happy, clean, content. The carers are welcoming and attentive and do all they can to make sure the residents are stimulated and interested. We are all friends and find the home a real home from home.

The staff at Cossins House were superb in caring for my late father-in-law as his health failed and he came to the end of his life.
They were proactive and sensitive to the family's wishes.

My dad was a resident at Cossins for over 10 years. The standard of care was always excellent, particularly during his last few months. The love and support given to him and his family was outstanding and he was able to stay 'at home' to die peacefully.

As soon as we walked through the door we knew that this was the place for dad. Critically the staff were super friendly and caring. The room was spacious and light. The atmosphere was nice. We were not disappointed. As dad subsequently made a speedy recovery and was able to come home he showed no hurry
to leave Cossins.

Healthcare has always been the driving force of my career, ever since I trained as Registered Pharmacist in Philippines for 10 years.


I moved to the UK in 2003, joining Cossins House as a Care Assistant, working my way up eventually to Deputy Manager and now General Manager.


As a General Manager, I am responsible for managing all aspects of the home’s daily operation, ensuring that the highest possible standard of care is provided and in accordance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) and Barchester policies.


As a leader, I will demonstrate an open and transparent culture, whereby my staff feel valued and developed.


As a team, we have achieved the prestigious Gold Standard Framework (GSF) Award-Platinum Status and a CQC 'Outstanding' in Care Domain.


As a person, I am kind, calm and patient. I love to spend time video calling and chatting with my family back home. I am a mother of one child and happily married.

I am the Activity Leader here at Cossins House and provide a large number of activities. We work on a person-centred approach for each of our residents. We work as a team to engage with everyone and work to the needs of each resident. We have lots of fun and games indoors and outdoors, trips out, LIVE music and entertainment and one-to-one sessions.


We have a Holy Communion service every 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month and a hairdresser that visits every other Monday. We are always open to new ideas and have volunteers coming in each week. We work closely with Pet Therapy and have several dogs visiting. We work with local schools, who sing for us every Christmas.
