The staff are always very helpful. When I visit the home. The home is located close to my home making it easy to very regularly.

I hadn't seen my cousin in some years and recently visited her at Linwood for the first time. Looked so much better than the last time I saw her. She was well dressed, happy and settled. She has a lovely relationship with staff, who looked after her very well. The home is clean, well cared for and food looked good. The manager welcomed me, showed me around and it was clear how well managed the home was.

There is a lovely calm feeling about the place and my mum seem much happier and content.

Linwood care home has been an exceptional home full of compassion, dedication, friendly and empathetic to its residents. I strongly recommend Linwood care home for people who wish to have conducive and safe place for their relatives.

My mum is very happy living in Linwood. We visit her often and everyone mentions what a happy home it is. My mum has made friends, and loves living there. The care is great, everyone is helpful and friendly. The management always have time for families and residents and work hard to make it a lovely happy home.

From the time my mum entered Linwood, I have found that she has been cared for and looked after by all the staff in a pleasant and very kind manner. The activities and entertainment provide great fun for all the residents. I am always kept up to date with my mum's progress.

Linwood is a caring and friendly home which always appears clean inside. My mother has been a resident for 3 years and has always been treated with kindness and respect. Especially when she had a fall and fractured her hip. The food looks tasty and appetising.

I continue to be very happy with the care Mum receives at Linwood. She is always happy there and has really good rapport with the staff. The management are always receptive to concerns and there's a really good range of activities.

My mother was a resident at Linwood for 19 months. The care she received from the wonderful manager and staff was simply first-class. I feel comforted to know she had spent her last few months clean, happy and continually cared for at Linwood. Mum always had a smile on her face whenever I visited. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to future guests or residents.

Mum came to Linwood in October 2023 and has settled extremely well, more than we ever thought possible! All staff have been kind, caring and very attentive; it is clear that they take the time to get to know the residents and their individual needs and preferences. They make the effort to understand each other as a person and treat them as they would their own family. Once when passing a room close to Mum I overheard a lady talking to the resident inside and assumed it was a family member, I was surprised to see it was a staff member, her manner was so warm and caring. The home is very approachable answers every query I have promptly, and contacts me with updates. The home is decorated to a high standard and conducive to a calm and pleasing environment. Mum's room is spacious and pretty with a large en-suite shower room. After years of angrily telling me she would never go into a home, she now thanks me for finding this place for her! She also loves the food, amazing for a picky eater!

My father took up residence at Linwood in June 2023. Dad is a quiet, reserved man who doesn't think he's old or sick. He needs gentle encouragement to participate and can be stubborn. Yet dad is generally very content,well cared for although he resist daily hygiene routines. The caring team are patient, kind and have made friends with dad and they all enjoy polite banter and back chat. He's generally happy at Linwood.

My brother resides at Linwood Care Home. He is very happy, his room is always clean and he enjoys his meals and the facilities. He finds the staff to be very friendly and helpful with his needs.

He was not at all well and the home was so caring of him. A particular staff member was on duty and her care and knowledge were invaluable in helping him recover. My sincere thanks to her.

I have come over from Australia to spend some time with my father. I have found the care he is receiving to be first-class. All the care workers have great patience and show enormous kindness. They only have the best interest of the residents at heart.

My mum has been here since January 2024 and we are very happy with the care she receives. The staff encourages her to participate in activities of which she particularly enjoys entertainers that visit. When visiting we are always we are always made to feel welcome.

My mother has been a resident of Linwood for 2 years. I frequently visit my mum and over the last two years, there has been a transitional improvement in all aspects of Mum's care. I find the staff, their attitude, their caring nature and upbeat humour in dealing with the residents on the ground floor a pleasant and rewarding experience when I visit. I have peace of mind knowing my mum is safe and sound at 'Linwood'.
