The staff at Linwood Care Home in Thames Ditton were amazing. All very happy and caring towards my mother who is early stages of dementia. The accommodated every wish I had and made me feel confident that Mum was being looked after.
I would definitely recommend this care home.

Very happy with the placement of my brother at Linwood. Very nice and convivial atmosphere, lots of activities and a personal, homely feel. My brother's room is kept clean and tidy, and the staff are helpful and friendly.

I feel confident and I am happy with the service and would like her to stay here as long as possible. I am satisfied with the service. They make me feel comfortable. My wife is happy. My only thoughts are that I wish to have the opportunity to take her out as much as I would like.

I have found that the staff and management have put my wife’s care paramount in their policies and especially with the covid pandemic,

Sometimes I feel unhappy. Just me. Having said that, I must say our staff are very approachable, especially when you feel a bit down. I love all our activities and our staff are always coming up with something new. They are so kind; I cannot fault them.

My mother was a resident at Linwood for just under four years and throughout that time I was impressed with the kindness, patience and dedication of the staff. Mum was well cared for, her room was kept clean and tidy and the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The management team were approachable,
responsive and proactive to any questions raised. The programme of activities was varied and whilst mum didn’t always take full advantage of what was on offer, she enjoyed her seated exercise classes and went on organised visits to various local places. Throughout the pandemic the staff ensured I was able to keep in contact with mum by weekly FaceTime calls and their assistance during these calls was greatly appreciated. We celebrated her 100th birthday at Linwood and the staff made the day memorable both for mum and her family.

My mother is a resident at Lynwood Care home. She has been there for several years and I've never seen her so happy. The staff are so friendly and engaging. They provide the best level of care and the activity program they organise for every day of the week is so beneficial to my mother's morale. I
am especially happy that there is a Sunday service, as mum has always been religious. I can only thank Lynwood for the exceptional care they provide my mother. Well done guys!

Linwood is an excellent care home. During our mother's stay there, which unfortunately began about a month before the first lockdown, they did everything they could to maintain as much communication as possible with Mum. Everyone was, and still are, very friendly. Mum had a lovely room which was personalised
just for her. She was well cared for during her time there by some lovely carers often under difficult circumstances caused by the pandemic. I would well recommend Linwood.

Sadly, Linwood was in lockdown for the entire duration of his stay, this meant I did not go beyond the outer lobby. I visited the facility before his stay and was very impressed by the standard of accommodation and atmosphere. My husband does not speak much, but I know he was happy with you.

My dad moved into Linwood in November 2021. The staff made the period of change and readjustment as smooth as possible and answered all of the questions that myself and my brother had. They made us feel very reassured during this process. The staff are great and very friendly. My dad's key worker is
lovely, and nothing is too much trouble for him. Unfortunately, my dad has had some falls recently, the staff always ring me immediately and keep me updated on his progress. I would recommend Linwood to any other families who require residential care, including respite care for their relatives.
