Overall Experience 1.0 out of 5
I followed BHT's own procedures that they had put in place, and yet verbally I was threatened not to do this again by the manager of Archway.
I found trying to communicate with him was difficult as he just did not want to engage.
Previous managers and senior project staff were excellent.
