My mother was given a wonderful welcome in Feb 2015 and was looked after very well by caring and friendly staff- many of whom she became fond of, and they of her. Gradually her health deteriorated due to old age- she liked being there- we didn't want to move her away from the friendly staff caring for her and she died in Jan 2016. I was with her and my brother as well and the staff were very helpful and supportive to us too. Thank you to all those involved- such lovely, hard working, friendly and kind people.
