Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
Generally the staff and management of Greenways are very caring, calm and organised and we are happy with the care mum receives. We are also pleased when mum gets mental stimulation from the singer and church that come in on a regular weekly basis as mum loves music.
Mum feels safe and looked after
by Greenways which is the main thing. We also like the fact that so many structural improvements are being made which have brightened up the Rest Home.

I am impressed with the ongoing continuous improvements at Greenways I can't help but notice improvements to the infrastructure each time I visit. I also get a clear impression that the owners and staff always have the residents wellbeing as a priority and are willing to listen and act on recommendations
for improvement.

All staff are very caring and compassionate. I see evidence of this whenever I visit. I am regularly updated weekly with information as to how my aunt is doing and what activities she's completed which is great to know about. The new owners are also renovating the property extensively and the transformation
is superb.
