As a family, we cannot thank the Oakhill House family/staff enough for the care given to our father Michael. The last 4 months of his stay was provided with exceptional care, attention and most of all, much genuine love. He felt looked after, safe and always referred to all his care colleagues as the "Oakhill Family". That gave us comfort and piece of mind that he was in the right place. Brighton, Care Manager and all of his wonderful staff are second to none. I will miss them! If you are looking for a place for your loved ones, please go and visit them. It's the care and love that counts, you will sense this on your visit. Sadly our father passed recently and we are forever grateful he was able to pass from this beautiful place that he called home. Thank you to every single member of staff there, you made a difference to him. Much love, Sharon and Sean xxxx

My mother chose this care home and we are both extremely pleased with the decision. She has been so well looked after and cared for that her mental and physical health has improved greatly. She has made friends and got back to her 'social' self. She talks about how safe she feels, how caring the staff are, how many friends she has made and the wonderful activities.

Oakhill House is a very welcoming, friendly home. There are always staff cleaning and about. All the staff say "Hello, how are you?" etc. The food looks good and smells delicious, they even made a cake for my husband's birthday. The level of care is excellent. The activities in the lounge for residents are suitable for this kind of care and are always varied. I am kept well informed about my husband's care.
