Elm House is residential service which provides support for adults with mid to high functioning autism. The service offers a person-centred support from experienced and dedicated staff who are qualified to meet each individual’s needs.
Located in St Neots Bedfordshire, Elm House is near the town centre which allows people who wish to increase their independence and social interaction to have access to the local community. The service consists of 6 bedrooms, communal kitchen, living room, dining room, conservatory, and garden.
The Spectrum Star, is a tool used to identify 9 key areas of each individual’s abilities and difficulties. This highlights where extra support is required. The Spectrum Star is completed by the person supported with their key worker and then reviewed every 6 months to show progress.
