This warm, bright and welcoming home offers both residential care and a day care centre. The home comprises four attractive wings, namely Snowdrop, Primrose, Fuchsia, and Bluebell. Each wing has its own lounge and dining area as well as kitchen and bathroom facilities. Bedrooms are spacious, well-furnished and decorated to a high standard and residents are encouraged to bring items of their own furniture and possessions to complement those already provided, and to make their room feel personal and individual.
Care staff are trained to the highest standards and chosen not only for their skills, but also for their warmth, friendliness and caring attitude. Staff are available constantly to provide professional care that respects the rights and dignity of the individual.
Residents are regularly assessed to ensure their needs are met. Appointments can be made with a visiting optician, dentist, and chiropodist. Home Meadow also has an in-house hairdressing salon that provides all the usual services plus manicures and hand massages.
Catering staff provide delicious meals and snacks throughout the day and special diets can be catered for.

My mother has lived in Home Meadow for the past two and half years and recently attained her 100th birthday. The mixture of male and female staff make a family atmosphere and supportive environment for the variety of conditions affecting older people. The senior carers are in constant contact with local doctors and nurses who visit on a daily basis. The food is nourishing, plentiful and varied. There are lots of activities and in particular it is heart warming to see the enjoyment residents have when singers perform. Encouraged and helped by carers, residents sing, dance, laugh and have fun. Overall my family is very grateful for the kindness and care which has greatly improved my mother's end of life experience with particular thanks to her lovely carers, but thank you to all of the staff at Home Meadow.

There is good security and weekly fire alarm checks. My husband is enjoying the meals and is eating well. He is in a safe and happy place, living amongst kind and helpful people. Also, live music happens regularly, as well as weekly hairdressing. We are very happy with Home Meadow.

Very pleased with the care that has been provided to mum by Home Meadow. We are able to visit at any time and there are plenty of facilities at the home to sit with my mum. The food is plentiful and wholesome. All in all we're delighted to have mum here.

With 19 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Dubai and Bahrain, I bring strong practical skills to Home Meadow, along with ongoing Healthcare Homes training, fire marshal training and water hygiene monitoring to help keep the home safe and running smoothly.
I enjoy that no two days are the same in the Care Home, and I always strive to go above and beyond to make residents' time as comfortable as possible. I hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
