“I decided to work at Bilney Hall as I had worked in domiciliary care, I wanted a fixed place of work where I could care for people and have a positive impact. My favourite part of my day is Making a resident's day and being told you’re appreciated and loved, especially in these times where we are the only people our residents see on a regular basis.”

I enjoy working alongside a great team to provide person-centred care. I take the time to understand each resident as they are now and love learning about their life history. I hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
