Westfields

Thank you to all involved with looking after my dad.

We were always happy with mum's care; she was always kept clean, tidy and very well fed, her room was always kept clean, tidy and fresh, as were her clothes. At the end of her life, we were informed about how things were going and at the end, nobody could have been more helpful.

All the staff at Westfields were excellent. As a care home, they truly cared for my friend and for me. They were polite and respectful and went the extra mile.

It is genuinely like a large family at Westfield and we are so grateful for the hard work and kindness shown by everyone xx

Excellent care home my mother-in-law is loving it. Great staff and activities always doing something to keep them occupied. Claire is an inspiration and keeps anyone even me on my feet. Barbara my mother-in-law is in short term care and I honestly think she doesn't want to come home.i think she thinks she's on holiday. Well done team you all need to be proud of yourselves

My sister was a resident at Westfields care home, Swaffham, from May 2024 until September 2025, when she sadly passed away aged 91. During her stay, she was always treated as an individual with courtesy and respect. Nothing was ever too much for the staff and there was an excellent choice of daily activities. Her medical needs were well looked after, with the local GP matron called in if there was any concern. I was impressed with the standard and choice of food, and cups of tea were always available. Her room was bright and cheery, as were her carers. The management team and admin staff were extremely accommodating, always ready to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Westfields. Well done, Westfields!

What a lovely place for my stepmother to spend the last years of her life. The care and services she received was exceptional and I would be happy to recommend Westfields as a care home. Staff all friendly and accommodating, especially the lady who organises lovely activities to keep the residents entertained. A big thank you from me to everyone.

Westfield is the most wonderful home, the care and attention is outstanding. My mother has been in the home now 3 years, always well fed and beautifully clean. The staff are fantastic, so friendly. Staff goes above and beyond entertaining the residents. This home is a 5 star.

My Mum was a resident at Westfields from January until October 2024 and the care she received during this time was second to none. All the staff (from the Manager down to the Handyman) are all caring compassionate people. Having been discharged from hospital for end-of-life care she was treated with dignity and respect and various family members visiting in the final few weeks and days were treated with the utmost kindness.

Wonderful caring staff. All so friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and supportive to residents and always thinking of their individual needs. Great communication and support.

First time visit to this lovely care home and was offered a very warm welcome by the manager who goes above and beyond for residents, she is kind and caring, as are the carers who work there. The home is very clean and tidy and everyone is so friendly, I would definitely recommend this home.

I have visited Westfields a couple of times since the ladies I looked after were moved to this care home for 24-hour care which I couldn't provide, I am delighted that they have both settled so well, the staff are lovely and welcoming, the home is so clean and well-organised, the manger has been a godsend with these ladies, she goes above and beyond not just for them but every resident, I would highly recommend this home to anyone, care here is top class.

I recently moved into Westfields following two falls at home. Initially, I intended to stay for two months in respite care. All of the staff have been so kind and caring and my room is bright, clean and freshly decorated with personal possessions around me. The meals are very good and cups of tea are available at any time. We have different activities organised every day to keep residents stimulated. I have quickly realised I am much safe here and intend to continue my stay after the respite period.

This home and its excellent staff, I would highly recommend to anyone.

"I love it here I don't want to go home"!. I had cared for her for 10 years and after another heart problem, it sometimes took two to get her up. Mum (then93) flourished. She enjoyed the company, the activities and her room. Mum became ill in October 2023 the care was excellent. The staff went the extra mile to make sure she was comfortable and they supported the family too!

Lovely care home, very clean and tidy. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. The residents are all clean and tidy. Treated with respect and the greatest of care given. My grandad felt at home and comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone.

I cannot praise the care and service provided by this exceptional care home highly enough. Westfields is led and managed by a very strong management team who go the extra distance to make sure that their resident's needs are fully catered for by their caring and helpful team. My mother has now had her third respite placement at Westfields and that in itself speaks for itself! It is undoubtedly a difficult time when decisions on care and placements have to be made, from both the individual and family’s perspective, but the care and detail that the Westfields manager and team have placed into supporting us through this is something that we are incredibly grateful for.
