Weekly Charges per Person
Our standard fee is payable 4 weekly in advance by Bank Standing Order.
Our fee schedule varies depending on the level of care needed and the type of
accommodation chosen. These fees are inclusive of an £8 weekly amenity charge.
• £1,150.00 – Normal Dependency. This package is for the resident who perhaps
has dementia but is generally independent but requires occasional or minimal
help at times during the 24hr period.
• £1,175.00 – Medium Dependency. Ongoing support with daily care including
washing, dressing and meal support or singly incontinent.
• £1,200.00 – Higher Dependency. Two staff members who are required to support
with manual handling or doubly incontinent.
• £1,225.00 - High Dependency, including the management of challenging
behaviour.
• £1,275.00 - High Dependency, with one-to-one support for an additional hour a

My friend, who is in this facility remains very well looked after and happy. As part of her health condition, she has become more difficult. Very rude and at times, aggressive. The staff are patient and kind in all situations. She is treated with respect and dignity. They continue to do a very good...
My friend, who is in this facility remains very well looked after and happy. As part of her health condition, she has become more difficult. Very rude and at times, aggressive. The staff are patient and kind in all situations. She is treated with respect and dignity. They continue to do a very good job. This has been a very difficult year for everyone but the home has kept their residents safe and free from Covid-19. A job very well done in terrible circumstances.

Overall Experience
Over the last four years I have been a regular visitor, I have found the staff and management to be very caring. The building is always clean and warm. I would be happy to recommend this care home to any one who is looking for a friendly location for a loved one.
