My mother enjoyed her time at Ivybank. The staff were caring, thorough and encouraging at all times. We, as a family, were so pleased with the care given to Mother.

Our aunty and uncle came here to Ivybank House 4 years ago. Both very unsure but they both were made welcome and soon settled in. all staff were very helpful when our uncle died. Made my auntie happier when she had to move to a different room. Staff were there for support and were very caring. Staff were always friendly.

Our aunt and uncle came to Ivybank House four years ago and our uncle passed away a year ago. By his own admission, he had enjoyed three very happy years at Ivybank House!

Our aunt was then brilliantly supported and cared for by the staff here until she passed away a couple of weeks ago.

The home is a wonderful place - as soon as you walk in you feel as though arms surround you in care.

We have friends who know other homes - but to us - Ivybank House is the gold class and staff here are real gems. Thank you so much to all of you.

Ivybank House did my Dad the world of good. He was only in for 6 weeks and they made him 100% better. Everything about the home was fantastic.

The staff were all amazing and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Very caring and approachable staff. The manager and assistant manager were always happy to help with anything. Caring staff could not have done more to help my mum both when she first arrived and later when she became poorly. A lovely home with very good food. Would highly recommend to anyone.
