The home is a wonderful place - as soon as you walk in you feel as though arms surround you in care.
We have friends who know other homes - but to us - Ivybank House is the gold class and staff here are real gems. Thank you so much to all of you.

Ivybank House did my Dad the world of good. He was only in for 6 weeks and they made him 100% better. Everything about the home was fantastic.

Very caring and approachable staff. The manager and assistant manager were always happy to help with anything. Caring staff could not have done more to help my mum both when she first arrived and later when she became poorly. A lovely home with very good food. Would highly recommend to anyone.

She later transitioned into community nursing before moving into management roles and has vast experience in the residential care industry.Zendrel is excited to join the team at such a positive time for the home and is looking forward to building on this strong foundation.
