Amazing care home. Staff could not do enough for my nan and nothing was too much. We celebrated her birthday this month and they went beyond to make her feel special on her day. Honestly, it's the best home and like I said the staff are amazing.

Mum has been here just over a year now and what a difference your care home has made to Mum's and my life. A few early disappointments but once I got used to what you do for Mum overall has been excellent. All the staff are very caring and helpful whenever I visit and most importantly whenever I visit and most important Mum is happy with you all. So thanks for looking after her.

St Anne's was chosen because of the interaction between carers and residents. It was not just for show! It happens all the time and confirms our choice.

My wife has settled in well and being well cared for, a tremendous weight off my mind.

My mum celebrated her 82nd birthday with all the kind and caring staff at St Anne's just before Christmas. She took a turn for the worse with her dementia and was not eating, but with fantastic care and total devotion from the staff, she turned a corner. She is so happy living at St Anne's. They engage with all residents every day and provide lots of stimulating activities. I could not ask for better care. Thank you, all.

All of the staff at St Anne's are friendly, helpful and caring. The management team have assisted my wife with the administration of my mother-in-law's accounts. She seems very happy there and enjoys the variety of activities provided. Overall, we have been delighted with everything St Anne's has provided since she moved in before Christmas 2019.

St Anne's staff were exceptional during the last days of my mum's life. The care and attention they showed her were immeasurable. They also could not do enough for us, her family. I cannot recommend St Anne's enough. They are sensitive and thoughtful and have a great understanding of end-of-life care.

From the first day my mother arrived at St Anne's, my mum was made so welcome and cared for. Nothing was too much trouble to help her settle in. This was from every member of staff, no matter what their role. Also, as a family, we were very assured of her care at all times. The activities every week are varied, and my mum loves and joins in everything - loves music, singing and children visiting. Looking forward to Mum's safe and happy days at St Anne's.

My friend had had a fall three days previously, and the staff had kept me informed of her visit to the hospital and return to the home. On my visit, I was warmly welcomed and taken to her room and brought a tray of coffee and biscuits. I have visited St Anne's many times and am always impressed by their cheerful staff and the care they take of their residents and the home in general. It's a very special place.

St Anne's is exceptional and has a very homely feel, with fabulous decor throughout (the doors to the resident's rooms even resemble front doors to give more of a feeling of independence for them). There is always a wide range of activities going on throughout the week to keep the residents busy and entertained.

My mum lived at St Anne's for almost three years, and from the moment she moved in, we knew she would be extremely well cared for. As her needs changed, the staff adapted to support and care for her with dignity and humour! They were also there for the family with a smile on their faces, and nothing was too much trouble. I was so grateful to know that Mum was safe, and she knew it too. Mum was there throughout Covid, and although it was difficult as a family member not being able to visit as much as I would like, St Anne's organised things amazingly well, and with a bit of planning, there was always the opportunity for me to visit or a Skype call. Thank you, St Anne's.

Dad went into St Anne's when I was termed a carer in crisis. The last lockdown impacted o his mobility a great deal (a torn rotator cuff leaves his left arm functionless at present) arthritis and loneliness also a huge factor. Since going into St Anne's, he has eaten well, feels safe 24/7 and enjoyed conversation with others of his own age. He has a good room/flat - which I look forward to seeing - and it overlooks a football pitch! All staff lovely, but getting a bit too busy - need more staff now! Dad says he is happy. I can't comment on some things as I have not been inside yet.

I was 94-years of age and living alone in a one-bedroom flat. I have a couple of cornish friends, who I have known since our teenage years, and they wanted me to move back to my home town. My friend's daughter and son-in-law contacted the deputy manager of this lovely home and organised everything, for which, I was extremely grateful. I have hearing and eyesight problems and have needed treatment. Again everything was arranged for me including a carer to accompany me. I have been assured that I am now part of the St Anne's family and know I will be in capable hands when needed.

This home is second to none. I have nothing but praise to say about the Manager and all the staff. Such a happy home. I wanted for nothing and looked after better than a 5-star hotel. Outstanding in every aspect. you only have to walk around the home to see how well it is presented. Very clean and the artistry on the walls very pleasing on the eye. Staff so pleasant. Nothing too much trouble. Always willing to help. I hope other people give their opinions on such an outstanding home. May you go from strength to strength. Best wishes and thank you.

My mother entered St Anne's in February when she was no longer safe to be left on her own and as she has dementia.

The staff took great care to make sure the move went smoothly. It took her a while to settle as she is a very independent lady. She enjoys the company and joins in the activities, missing them at the moment. The manager and his staff have dealt with the Covid lockdown with great professionalism and care. I am now able to see mum again, with sensible restrictions. I am pleased mum is in safe hands and she looks very well and healthy.

My 93-year-old father, who has dementia, moved into St Anne's last September on a trial basis. He has settled in very well and is very happy there. All of the staff have been very friendly and welcoming and the manager has always contacted us in any matters relating to his care. He has joined in many of the activities provided and has been encouraged to paint again (he was a professional artist). The current Covid 19 pandemic has been very well managed and contact has been maintained using video calls. I am very happy with the care provided.

My mother moved into St Anne's at the end of April, following my father's death from old age at Easter. The professionalism, care and support shown by the manager and staff to not only my mother but to myself and my siblings, was without fault. To know she is safe and being so well cared for in this difficult time is so reassuring. The open lines of communication have enabled my mother and myself and staff to make this a positive life change for my mother.
