St Anne's offers a range of care services, including convalescence care, respite care, trial stays, and long-term care. Digital care plans enable the team to provide care tailored to each resident's interests, support needs, and personal preferences.
Residents can participate in stimulating activities organised by the care team, taking into account individual and group interests. Activities take place both at the care home and in the local community.

Always polite and helpful staff. The house is always spotless, very clean and smells nice, unlike some homes. Mum wants for nothing. I'm very happy and mum is very happy.

Overall Experience
We visited my aunt on 4 occasions over 3 days. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We saw consistent evidence of my aunt being treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and care. The home was clean. We saw an activity sheet which she was given, showing a wide range of activities...
We visited my aunt on 4 occasions over 3 days. Every member of staff we met was friendly and helpful. We saw consistent evidence of my aunt being treated with the utmost respect, courtesy and care. The home was clean. We saw an activity sheet which she was given, showing a wide range of activities she could join in with. She was given choices about when to get up, have meals, have a shower, go to bed etc. Staff knocked on the door before entering. We saw evidence that the staff are trained in dementia care and are aware of visual impairment. We were very impressed.

The new manager is very good and inspires his staff who in turn give excellent care. The home is clean and free of odours. The food is good/very good.

Our mum 89 years has lived in St Anne's for the last 9 months. She has a great quality of life there. Management and staff are friendly and kind, always have time to listen, respect residents and their families. Food is excellent, huge choice of meals. Very clean. Day trips out, BBQ, singers. hair...
Our mum 89 years has lived in St Anne's for the last 9 months. She has a great quality of life there. Management and staff are friendly and kind, always have time to listen, respect residents and their families. Food is excellent, huge choice of meals. Very clean. Day trips out, BBQ, singers. hair and nails on Tuesdays., activities everyday. Lovely gardens, safe and secure. Rooms have a large bathroom, fridge, sink, wardrobe, large storage cupboard, and kept very clean. It's like a 5 star hotel.
