Visited for the second time (last time Nov 15) what a difference. The rooms are rearranged so residents spend time together in different groups. Lots of activities going on and a new piano being played. Lovely atmosphere.

It is welcoming to both residents and families and friends, and you can call at any time of the day or evening. All the staff are patient and compassionate, and genuinely care about the residents and take the time to ensure that all their needs are met.
The manager is very hands on and available via the phone or email or face to face if you have any queries or concern, and she is driven to provide the best care possible to all her residents. The home is clean and well maintained and has a lovely, warm atmosphere.

Good afternoon. Thank you for taking the time to write and publish this glowing review of The Manor and in particular our Care Team who work there. We're all delighted that you and you family are so happy with the care - and thank you for helping us by spreading the word.
The management and staff have been very patient with her, allowing her time to settle into a new environment. Its a big change for someone with dementia.
The Manor is a small enough home, with easy flat access to all public areas enabling residents to become familiar with their daily surroundings. Mum is very fond of her room which was an important part of making her feel at home. Mum finds the food just right for her tastes and loves the puddings and home made cakes.
Visitors are made very welcome and I have been happy to join in with the ever-growing activities. Spending time with her is very important to me and being able to visit at times that suit me have made my life so much easier.
Hello Sally. Thank you for taking the time to write and post this fantastic review of your and your mums experience at The Manor in Exminster. We're all really pleased that your mum has settled in so well and that she is enjoying living at The Manor. We're also pleased that you are so happy with...
