My mother was a resident at Spring House for just over three years, and during that time, was well looked after and cared for. Spring House is well managed, and the home is spotlessly clean. The staff are approachable, friendly and interact well with the residents. They were always welcoming when I
visited. A variety of activities are organised for the residents. Pre-Covid there was a monthly outing to local places of interest that included refreshments. Family members were welcome to accompany their relative on the outings. There was also a range of entertainment organised for the residents. Spring House has a homely feel, which suited my mother, and I was very happy with the care she received. The home uses a system which enables the family to keep in touch with their relatives care, which I found very helpful.

All the staff are exceptionally caring and considerate and are amazing with their residents. It’s been a difficult year with COVID and the home have worked really hard and kept their residents safe and well cared for in very difficult circumstances. Whilst still looking after the family and accommodating
safe visits, wherever possible. They manage effortlessly to make a very professional establishment, specialising in dementia care with some difficult challenges, feel like a family and a comfy home. The home, all the staff and the outside space (I have spent a lot of time sitting in it) are all amazing. I can’t thank them or praise them highly enough.

My mother, 95, suffers from dementia and has been a resident of Spring House Care Home since May 2018. The care and support she receives is exemplary as are the standards attained. The Home is well managed and the staff are extremely caring and thoughtful, nothing seems too much trouble for them.
The
menu is varied and I have often joined my mother for lunch and guests are well catered for.
The residents are encouraged to take part in daily activities and have regular visits from entertainers together with visits from wildlife centres and pat-a-dog with the emphasis on residents' wellbeing. There are regular interesting outings that are organised by the Home to local events and attractions.
The cleanliness of the Home is of a very high standard as is my mother's room which is well furnished and decorated with personal effects.
My siblings and I are extremely satisfied with the safety and security offered at Spring House and have complete peace of mind that Mother is supported.
