Susan Day Residential Home Reviews (4)
Over all time Susan Day Residential Home has 4 reviews.
The standard of care at Susan Day is consistently high. The residents are treated as individuals with care and respect. The atmosphere is friendly and homely and visitors are welcomed anytime. Our mum could not be anywhere better.
I think Susan Day Residential Home is a wonderful place. The home itself is clean and well-maintained. It has a lovely garden for the residents to enjoy. The staff are well trained, friendly and have the best interest of the residents in mind at all times. There is always a full schedule of activities and trips for those who are able to take part. Mum is so lucky to be there. Thank you!
The staff are very attentive, answer bells swiftly and offer a lot of choice to residents regarding meals, activities and care routine. There's always time for personalised attention and the carers take time to consider residents' preferences. The food is good and varied (also there's a bar!) and there are often outings.
Marvellous Care home. Staff are really caring, always cheerful and treat their residents with the utmost respect. Lots of activities are arranged for those who wish to participate. Residents are well-fed and watered and they even have a bar! Highly recommend, if ever I need to move into a care home, Susan Day is the one I would choose.
