Overall Experience

A family member was a resident of Underhill House. From the day she was admitted, she was very well looked after. As a family, we were always kept informed and are extremely grateful for the care she received and for the memories we built with her, whilst in their care. Unfortunately, she became unwell very quickly but the care she received at the end of her life was excellent, supporting her to die peacefully in her place of choice.

Overall Experience

Our Nan went to Underhill for respite care, she was made to feel welcome by staff and management. Unfortunately, Nan wasn’t there long before her death but as a family, we are very grateful for the compassion, care and kindness showed to both our Nan and us as a family. The management appear very involved which is quite refreshing, I have worked in social care for many years and this is one of the few homes that didn’t just appear to be about profit.
