Thank you for your response. Following our telephone conversation with you regarding your concerns around some medical needs not always being observed as you wished, I would like to clarify this. Your mother has full mental capacity and was fully able to make her own choices with regards to her diet when staying with us. Although we were able to encourage and advise her, we were not in a position to take away her right to choose. I am very happy that you are both looking forward to a return visit to us, and look forward to that.
