Communication is always good and I am always kept up to date should my mother have any setbacks
Thank you so much for your kind words. We're really pleased to hear that your mother feels well looked after and that our team's patience and care make a positive difference for her. Supporting residents with sensory impairments is something we take very seriously, and it means a great deal to know...
Excellent staff always happy, helpful, have been amazing with my mum she has settled into Bemerton Lodge brilliantly and is literally "loving life".
Wow, thank you so much for this amazing review! It's fantastic that your mum has settled in so well and is 'loving life' at Bemerton Lodge. Your wonderful feedback means a lot to the whole team.
The people are always friendly and helpful so keep up the good work we appreciate all you do
Thank you so much for this fantastic review! It's wonderful to hear how well your mum has settled in at Bemerton Lodge. It's lovely that she's happy and glowing and your kind words mean such a lot to the whole team. If there's ever anything more we can do for you or for her, please just ask.
Mum has been looked after with love, care and consideration. The staff are amazing taking the time to make sure mum's opinions and washes are taken into consideration and her interests are encouraged. Everyone is friendly, happy to chat and information is updated regularly, lots of activities happening each week and mum is encouraged to take part.
Thank you for taking the time to share your mum's experience of Bemerton Lodge - it's a pleasure to have her with us. We appreciate your feedback. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is ever anything else we can do to support your mum.
They encourage her to continue doing the things she loves, which is being helpful. They spend time with her and give her the chance to get out and help with the gardening, which means so much to her. The home has a lovely atmosphere and all the staff go above and beyond to make sure their residents are happy and cared for! I'd definitely recommend Bemerton Lodge to everyone.
It's wonderful to see your mum doing the things she loves, and we're so glad that she is happy with us at Bemerton Lodge. Thank you so much for taking the time to write us a review, and for your recommendation.
The way my father-in-law was admitted quickly with minimum fuss was excellent. He is very well looked after. He always looks clean and well-presented. All the staff I have met have been lovely with my father-in-law and me. They seem to go out of their way to make the residents feel valued and loved. There is always an activity going on and he even went out for a walk last weekend. Excellent all round.
Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review and for sharing your family's experience of moving a loved one into Bemerton Lodge. We're delighted to have your father-in-law with us and if there is ever anything else we can do for him or your family, please just let us know.
This from a stubborn, independent and well focused man who has always struggled to feel included with others. He immediately felt settled, taken care of and above all else safe and secure.
Visiting him is always made easy by the marvelous, welcoming and caring staff. Nothing is too much trouble, questions answered and the delight in father's face on seeing them, you just are so reassured he's in the best place.
The lodge is spotlessly clean and fresh in his room, the activities, TV and dining rooms. Three meals a day mixing with other residents, arts and crafts all with the security of his safety at night.
Thank you.
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to write us a review. We're delighted that your father is so happy here and is making the most of Bemerton Lodge. It's a privilege to be able to care for him. Please don't hesitate to let us know if there is anything else we can do to support him or your family.
My mother has been in the home for nearly six months now and has finally settled into her new life there. She participates in many of the daily activities that are created and appears to be engaging fully with the staff and care nurses. The staff are always on hand and supportive to all in the home. They also look after visitors and discuss any issues with the relevant family members, keeping them informed of any problems promptly.
It is great to see your mother settling in and engaging with everyone at Bemerton Lodge. It is always a pleasure to welcome family and friends to visit. If there is ever anything else we can do to support your mother, or you, please just let us know. We appreciate you taking the time to write us a review.
I am a volunteer at Bemerton Lodge. I have seen over the past months how amazing all the staff are with the resident. Every staff member knows the name of each resident, knows their preferred tea or coffee, joining activities or just watch, who likes 4 bingo cards and who needs a little help. If a resident is sitting alone, I have seen a staff member just go sit the table quietly. They know who likes to a read a newspaper and who likes to do a puzzle. Everyone is treated beautifully
We are grateful for your support at Bemerton Lodge, thank you for everything you do for our residents and our team. Thanks to you for sharing your observations of life here. We appreciate your feedback.
It has been two months since I came here and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. The staff are great and have plenty of activities and have many friends.

It is a whole new way of life, very caring and professional, happy, lively, a lovely place to be where one feels very secure. Nothing is too much trouble and all the staff have a very positive, patient and loving approach to whatever situation they are confronted with. There is always plenty of company around which is very important.

The environment appears fresh and clean.
A resident hairdresser would be great - staff are very obliging when they have time. Some lighter chairs would be good to carry to rooms for visitors.
Thank you for your review, we are really appreciative and for saying we go the extra mile. This is very much the ethos of the home. I will pass on your feedback to the team - thanks once again.
Mum and I are very happy with all aspects of the home.
Many thanks for taking the time to write us a review. We appreciate your feedback and we're glad that your mum is happy with us. Do let us know if there is anything else we can do to support her.
The number of activities and inspiring artworks on display, the interaction of staff and patients out in the garden, and photographs of residents on outings.
I have not visited for almost a year and the difference is huge, ok Covid meant I did not see what happened before that time but very impressed.
Thank you for your feedback, and for coming to visit - it's always nice to see family and friends, and certainly things are very different now than they were during the pandemic. We try to tailor our activities to suit our residents' interests as much as possible, which means we end up with a very varied programme for everyone to enjoy. Thanks for taking the time to write us a review.
I was extremely apprehensive when my name went into care but the staff are so caring and friendly and she is encouraged to take part in activities and I think it's very good how they all have mealtimes together, which I think is very important, Nan enjoys the food. Some things need a little updating but the staff really make this home.
Thank you for your feedback about Bemerton Lodge. We're so glad we've been able to put your mind at ease about care. It's a pleasure to have your nan with us and if there is anything else we can do to help her or you, please don't hesitate to ask.
However, Mum coped very well - she had more exercise during the day and enjoyed the company of residents in the TV lounge and dining room. Had animated conversations with resident whose husband was in same regiment as my father so both talked of their memories which led on to wartime memories - keeping wonderful carers fascinated! All carers were very patient and understanding - absolutely wonderful. Garden beautiful in sunshine.
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to write us a review - we do appreciate it. We're so glad your mum settled in with us at Bemerton Lodge so well. We're sure your family's experience will be a great support to others in a similar position. If there is anything more we can do to support your family, please don't hesitate to ask.
My mother has settled in very quickly and is very happy and says all the staff are very kind towards her.

Bemerton Lodge has a lovely homely feeling about it from the moment you walk in. The staff are so incredibly hard-working and wonderfully kind and caring. My relative always looks comfortable when I visit. The food is plentiful and looks good on the plate. I feel incredibly reassured that my loved one is well looked after.
Thank you for leaving us such a wonderful review, it's greatly appreciated. Our staff will be so thrilled to know how highly you rate the food and the care your loved one receives from us. Thanks once again.
I arranged for my brother to move to Bemerton Lodge from a private and more expensive care home where - in spite of assurances - they could not meet his needs. From the welcome upon arrival to the care they show to both residents and visitors, the service provided for patients with advanced Alzheimer's dementia is excellent. The ethos is one of care - not working for profit - and this is reflected in everything that they do. The staff clearly have a lot of experience working with residents with this very distressing condition, and they provide a service that best meets those needs.
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experiences at Bemerton Lodge. It's an honour to be able to care for your brother. If there is anything more we can do for him, or you, please don't hesitate to ask.
