I found the care my sister received at the care home very good. All the staff are caring and friendly and do a very good job, the nursing staff are excellent. Nothing was too much trouble.

Your feedback will be passed on to the team who will be delighted with your 5* review.
The day I came for 2 weeks respite to enable my assessment for rehabilitation my first impression of the staff and facilities, it looked like a 4-star hotel with a team of staff working as a team, with smiles on their faces. I went home with wonderful thoughts about it and I am now with the wonderful team of physiotherapists, unbelievable! Yesterday was my first day of minor treatment and I have already achieved most of my goals. The care staff and managers are very good.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased to read your positive comments about the care you received while at the home, and your recognition of the team. It’s great to hear you’ve achieved most of your goals and hope your recovery continues to go well. Your feedback has been passed on to the team.
I have found my stay (2 weeks or 15 nights for some reason) very beneficial to my recovery after 2 weeks in hospital. I have done as much as possible for myself but when help was needed it was there and given with pleasure. The staff are amazing and show endless patience. I found the food very stoggy too much starch and not enough fruit. The helpings are too large so a lot of wastage but imaginative and varied.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for Laverstock Care Centre and for your positive comments about our home and team. We continually strive to improve the care and service we provide and appreciate your feedback.
Welcoming greeted with a smile. My husband has been in this care home for a little while. Each and everyone of the staff are always caring and supportive when they are not busy with other clients. Carers just keep going nonstop. Weekends are a great concern, so few carers. Carers are very kind and supportive and dignified. As for management, do not know who they are. Rooms are ok, carpets could do with a shampoo. Kitchen meals are very poor, size of the kitchen needs to be larger, a lick of paint would go a long way. Water jugs and beakers are awful. If my husband eats any more mince meals, he's going to look like mince.z
Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am so pleased that you are made to feel welcome when you visit Laverstock and that the care staff are caring and supportive. Thank you for your feedback in relation to staffing levels. This was discussed in a recent relatives meeting and we have now...
Very friendly and welcoming staff. As you walk through the main doors it has a feeling of home and a calming presence.

The facilities are fantastic and the health and well-being activities that are put on daily are a great mix and a welcome addition to his great care. It is extremely clean and has a wonderfully warm and homely feel. Very blessed that we have this on our doorstep and can visit and take Dad out regularly.

Kind, caring and efficient. Looking after my aunt very well, knew about her and tailored their care. Lots of activities, many join in. Excellent food. The family are looked after well too. Very reassuring.

My partner was admitted to Laverstock Care Centre from hospital, having spent two weeks there after breaking his arm in a fall. Coming to Laverstock has been a positive experience for both him and myself and the support we have received has been excellent. The care and attention that he has been given have really impressed me. Staff are friendly and helpful in ensuring his needs are met.

My aunt is not an easy person due to both anxiety and dementia. The nursing team care for her in a very professional, friendly and caring manner. This meets both her physical and mental needs. The care in the nursing home is excellent.
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a fantastic review! We're happy to hear that your aunt is receiving such great care at Laverstock, and I will pass on your kind comments to the whole team.
My dad moved to Laverstock Care Center just over a month ago. The staff have been so kind and caring. They have taken huge efforts to get to know him and us. We go at any time, and they are always very welcoming. The nurses are really on top of his medical need and keep us updated as to any changes in medication or his condition. There are lots of activities to participate in, and the carers also have a lot of chats with him, which is so lovely.
Thank you, Lisa, for taking the time to leave us a review, and we are pleased to hear your dad is settling into the home. The care and services we deliver as a team to our residents and families are extremely important to us. Your feedback has been passed on to the team, who will be delighted to read it.
99% of the time the staff are very helpful and my stepmother seems mostly to be content. The personal care she receives seems to be good for the most part. The staff seem to have coped very well with the recent restrictions and are always very friendly. Thank you very much for all you do.
My sister has been a resident for some years now and has always been treated with the utmost care and kindness. The staff are always happy to talk to me about her and do a brilliant job under what can sometimes be very difficult circumstances. No complaints whatsoever about Lavertsock.
All staff are caring, efficient, and friendly.
Caring engaged staff at all levels. Volunteer consistently to do a better job. Residents clearly well looked after. My relative is always clean, neatly dressed and her room is shipshape.
Really happy with the care my father receives. He is always well groomed, loves the food and all staff members are extremely happy and positive. Thank you for your excellent care.
Mum has only recently arrived at Laverstock but the staff have been amazing from her original welcome, regular contact from them with me to helping her with daily tasks and the little emergencies. The whole time enabling her as much independence as she can muster and maintaining her dignity at all times! Very, very happy she has a permanent place with them as it allows me peace and guilt-free days knowing she is safe and medically very well looked after.
I have always found Laverstock Care Centre to be a clean, friendly and welcoming place. The staff all know my name when I visited my wife and showed my wife great respect and dignity. The staff are clearly well trained, motivated and happy in their work.
My mother has been a resident at Laverstock Care Centre for 17 months now. She has dementia. The last 2 visits have been fantastic as I have been able to see Mum in her own room and with other residents. Extremely happy, well entertained and loved. Fantastic manager and caring, loving staff. What a wonderful home!
Staff always polite and helpful. Carers look after my mum very well. She always looks clean and well cared for.
