Mother went into respite care and is now a resident. The staff and facilities are very good. Due to Covid, the family haven't been able to see her room. She seems happy, and we, as the family, are happy knowing she's being looked after by people who care for her and her needs.
Thank you so much for your kind review. We appreciate this and are very pleased to see that you are so happy with the care your mum receives!
The staff are always very helpful. They are very, very orientated towards doing the best and creating the best lives for the residents.
Thank you very much for your kind review and acknowledgement that the staff do their best to enhance the lives of those they care for is very much appreciated. It is certainly something we all strive to do!
Very difficult to provide a review as have only been able to visit a few times before lockdown. However, the staff and management are very helpful with phone contact and health information.
Thank you very much for your review. The lockdown situation is so unfortunate as when the home is running normally (Pre Covid) we very much welcome and encourage open visits from family and friends. We hope it will not be too long before we can welcome everyone back in the home once more.
My wife has been at Quarry Mount for the last 3 years and during her stay has always been satisfied with the level of care and consideration shown to her.
Thank you very much for your kind review.
We are very pleased that your wife is happy with the care and consideration that has been shown to her over the last three years that she has been living with us in the home. We very much enjoy having her live with us.
The staff were totally outstanding to my mum and to my family. They went above and beyond to make sure Mum was comfortable and I was kept fed and watered. The staff could not have done any more.
It is also good to know, that when the time came for you to spend more time with your mum, you felt the staff met your essential needs too. Thank You!
My mother is extremely well cared for, and I feel very relaxed knowing she is in good safe hands, especially given the current situation.
You are always greeted with a happy face, and should you have any questions; the team are always happy to answer.
The food as always; is of a very high standard, and the home is always clean.
We would always recommend Quarry Mount.
Thank you so much Carol for your very positive review. It really will give all the staff a boost at this time. We know under normal circumstances you are a very regular visitor, so we are delighted that you are so happy with everything.
Really pleased with this home. Dad went in for respite and got on so well we enquired about a permanent place. So pleased when they had the room. Staff are brilliant and obviously care.
Thank you for your kind review, the staff and management team are delighted you have been so pleased.
My father has been a resident at Quarry Mount for 15 months and I have been very happy with him living there. The staff are all very friendly, caring, compassionate and very welcoming. The management team are excellent and I cannot speak highly enough of them, they are always helpful and kind and this emanates down through the staff team. I would have no hesitation recommending Quarry Mount for a loved one, it's as close to a home environment that any care facility can offer. The staff are consistent which is great, and therefore this builds up trust for my father and family members. Quarry Mount is clean and tidy and residents are treated with dignity. I visit regularly and have only witnessed positive care, with staff interacting with residents and also a sense of humour to lighten the day for the. Thank you for looking after my lovely Dad, it means the world to me knowing I don't have to worry about him.
Thank you very much for your review! The team at Quarry Mount will be delighted to hear that you have such positive experiences when visiting, including also being so happy with the care that your Dad receives, putting your mind at rest.
As my wife has been placed fairly recently. This review is a new experience for me but I will do my best. I have to say the care staff are so very kind and are caring for my wife under some challenging episodes, they all are so patient with her so I have been very impressed so far. I find the care home is so homely and warm. I am afraid I can't think of anything else to say. Very well recommended by me and my family.
Thank you very much for your positive review. The team at Quarry Mount are very pleased and very much appreciate it.
Whilst an extremely difficult decision for my sister and I and our families to make, that mum needed 24-hour care, it soon became very apparent that we had made the right choice as we watched mum's anxiety and feeling frightened all the time gradually ease.
Quarry Mount staff treated mum with so much love, care and respect we could not have asked for more. During her last month, Quarry Mount became our home as well as mums and we cannot express how accommodating, kind and caring they were with us all. They looked after her needs with dignity and love all the time. At no point have we ever had a concern or worry, we cannot speak highly enough of Quarry Mount. Our thanks and love go to all the staff, management, carers, cleaning, catering and entertainment.
We are so pleased that even though as for many, it was a very difficult decision for you to make about your mum coming into care, that we were able to ease your worries and provide for mum, the loving and caring environment for her to live in and give peace of mind for yourselves.
Very pleased, staff very friendly and welcoming. Very clean and well presented. One resident having problems but was quickly looked after with no drama. Staff always on hand when needed.
The Quarry Mount Team are delighted that you are very happy. Thank you also for your positive comments and observations regarding staff when someone is having some difficulties.
If I have any concerns, they have always been dealt with straight away.
Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate your comments.
The staff are so understanding and show great care and compassion, not just for Mum but for all of us (Dad included).
Thank you so much for your kind review. We are delighted you are so happy with Mum’s care and facilities at Quarry Mount!
My mum is really happy and settled, staff are fantastic and is really looked after and cares for. The activities are brilliant and keep them entertained and mobile. The food is of good quality as well.
We are delighted your mum is so settled and you are so happy. Our team will appreciate your kind words! Thank you.
My aunt has been in the care home now for nearly six years. Her quality of life has changed for the good. She is always happy and looks very contented when I visit her. The management and staff are so very good they look after and care for her so well. Thank you to you all, well done.
Thank you so much for your review. We are so pleased that your Aunt who has lived with us for many years is thriving! We really appreciate your comments.
The staff are always friendly and helpful and have a genuine interest in the welfare of the residents, which is backed up by a high standard of care and cleanliness.
A home from home for my mother. Friendly staff; kind, considerate and hardworking. A chaplain visits which is essential to my mother's culture and upbringing - a great comfort to her and myself. Confident that she was respected, looked after and a great sense of fun running throughout the home.
Thank you very much for your review, it is very much appreciated. We are also delighted that you were so happy and that we were able to fulfil your mother's needs during her time with us.
My Father was looked after in one of the bungalows at Quarry Mount for 4 1/2 years. I cannot imagine any other nursing home being more flexible and understanding of his needs as he had no signs of dementia and wanted to be as independent as possible. The home accommodated his wishes as best they could and made sure we were in agreement with his freedom to visit his local club or go out with friends. Not all care homes would be so tolerant.
Gradually he became less mobile and was looked after superbly with kindness and understanding throughout his various periods of ill health. He passed away in November 2016.
Thank you very much for your kind review. It was a privilege for us to take care of your father in one of our Assisted Living Bungalows, which enabled him to receive the care and comforts he required, whilst also allowing him his independence.
It was really lovely to know that our Mam/Granma & Mam- in-law had a wonderful Christmas. Since becoming a resident, we can see that Mam-in-law is feeling very much at home and is enjoying the trips and activities. The care staff are friendly and very helpful to us, and the smile on Mam-in-law's face when they speak to her is wonderful and very reassuring to us. Thank you.
We are delighted that your relative has settled in so well, feels very much at home and is enjoying all that we have to offer. Thank you for your kind review!
An excellent facility, wonderful management and the staff are caring, kind and very personal to residents and family. The best care home I have ever visited across the Country. The quality of my Father's life was improved and remains sustained despite increased age and inevitable frailty. I cannot speak highly enough of all of the staff members.
Thank you so much for your very positive review, the management team and staff very much appreciate your comments!
