Digby Manor Care Home

Digby Manor is excellent. My dad has been here five years now. He is very well looked after. The carers are all hard-working and always friendly. They have lots of activities during the day and especially at Christmas. They keep us updated on Dad all the time. My dad is very happy here. I would definitely recommend Digby Manor.

My Mom has flourished since she has been here. The level of care she receives here is amazing. Her room is lovely, perfect for her needs. I would recommend it to any body who is looking for care for their family member.

This is a lovely care home. The staff are friendly and all of the residents are taken care of. The needs of individual residents are catered to. They provide a range of activities to entertain the residents.

The home feels like a home with very caring staff. Staff are quick to help and are always smiling. They respond to all residents with a smile and a calm voice. One of the best and cleanest homes I have seen. Just amazing.

Digby is a caring and great place for care. I witnessed staff who go beyond the normal duty, always available and on hand to help. Food and drink always available. 5 stars in my opinion.

As a family we are very happy with the care and support Mom has been given at Digby Manor. It was a difficult transition period for Mom however the team at Digby Manor showed true compassion to Mom. Visiting Mom today has been a joy seeing her so happy and settled with the Digby Manor family. Thank you!

My Dad has been here for over 5 years and couldn't be happier with the service and care. The home is spotless and seems they're always looking to improve on the aesthetics. Staff are very friendly. He loves the weekly singer that comes in!

Mum still loves everything about Digby Manor. The home has undergone a full renovation and she loves her new room and the enclosed courtyard is fabulous. Everytime I visit her she looks well and has has made so many great friends. Great staff and a lovely home.

I am so pleased having my nan here at Digby Manor, she is so well looked after. The staff are so polite and kind. I love how the staff interact with my nan doing activities, dancing and singing which she loves. I'm so happy she is there at Digby and so loved.

Digby Manor is a home from home, all residents and visitors are respected. A very warm and welcoming environment with a lot of care and attention given to all.

Mom has been a resident here for almost a year. We are very happy with her care. All the staff are kind and caring, and mom is treated with respect and dignity. Mom enjoys a lot of different activities the staff organise on a daily basis. The rooms are comfortable and are kept very clean. The food is home-cooked and enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff.

During mums time here we always felt very supported and informed. We always felt she was well looked after and cared for, and she always looked well presented! She was always treated with respect and dignity even up to the end. She enjoyed helping out a little and made friends both residents and staff while she was here. Thanks to all for making her time here happy, comfortable, safe and looked after.

My mother did things at the care home that she never did before, she loved crafting, painting and colouring. She felt well looked after, and she loved to help out. The home allowed her to do things she loved to do. The care was outstanding, and we felt so safe with her at the Digby.

My mother has been a resident since October and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care that she has consistently experienced in the time that she has lived here. The staff show great attentiveness and compassion in their care and have done a fantastic job in helping mum recover from the fractured hip she sustained in June 2024. I receive regular communication from the home regarding mums health which is appreciated. Digby Manor is a little gem. Mum is extremely happy there and I happy for her to be there.

My experience of my mum being in Digby Care Home is one of trust. The care staff, day staff and night staff are approachable, caring and loving to residents. My mother needed a lot of care, they made her feel safe, listened to and loved. they spent a lots of time to listen to her concerns and did their best in making her feeling homely. The staff are very gently in their approach and had a dignified approach.

Excellent staff all was happy and willing to help. Mom loves it here and the staff have helped her settle in well.

What a wonderful care home the Digby is! A real genuine welcome when you arrive. Mum is very settled in here and has not only stabilised but thrived since her move here. Very much looking forward to the new facilities in 2025.

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Digby Manor Care Home for over 5 years. The attention and care she has received have remained at an excellent level. I visit her frequently and it is always satisfying to find her demeanour never changes and she clearly feels comfortable and happy there.

My mother has been at Digby Manor for a number of years now and we are still delighted with the excellent care she receives. She is always well-presented in both her manner and dress. The manager keeps us well informed of her progress and we love to see all the daily activities she is involved in.
