Evergreen provides rehabilitation person-centred support to individuals with an Acquired Brain Injury or Dual Diagnosis with a warm and friendly environment. The team at Evergreen understand that no two people and no two brain injuries are the same.
Individuals are able to access the local Tracscare ‘Positive Steps’ workshop, to develop their cognitive and social skills under the guidance of a clinical lead nurse, in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.
Evergreen is situated in Moseley, a peaceful suburb of Birmingham. The home is convenient for local shops, a sport centre and day centres. The Midlands Arts Centre is also nearby and there are plenty of venues for socialising close by.
Accommodation at Evergreen is provided in a detached house on two floors with four bedrooms on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first floor. Individuals may socialise and relax in the spacious comfortable communal lounge and sunny conservatory.
In warmer weather, the pretty garden can be enjoyed with its rear decking area and patio. There is ramp access to the front and rear of the house. The front has forecourt parking area.
