My stepdad has been at this care home for just over two years. He has very bad dementia. When he arrived he was very underweight as I was unaware he had not been eating properly.
Since being in the care home he has put on a healthy amount of weight. He seems happy in himself although he doesn’t...
My stepdad has been at this care home for just over two years. He has very bad dementia. When he arrived he was very underweight as I was unaware he had not been eating properly.
Since being in the care home he has put on a healthy amount of weight. He seems happy in himself although he doesn’t know where he is. The staff are always friendly. The home is clean and the rooms are fresh with regular linen changes.
My dad is always clean and looks respectable.
Visiting is welcomed and refreshments offered.
Entertainment is put on occasionally and photos are shown of how the service users are enjoying themselves.
I have been well informed if accidents (falls) happen and they take appropriate action where needed.
