We are over the moon in such a short space of time - with the care given.
To be 'over the moon' is the best news for us! You are right our home manager is passionate about delivering the best of care to her residents and the team, who she fills with confidence, do the same. Thank you for your review, we do appreciate it. Kind regards
Lovely staff. Made Mom feel at home and looked after her extremely well. Overall the facilities were excellent. My only concern was that more able-bodied residents could not use their private showers in their bedrooms. They had to use the manned bathing area. However, this was purely due to safety for the residents. They so deserve a gold star!!
Thank you for your 5* review. The team do all they can to ensure that residents receive the best of care. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of care or services the team are more than happy to speak to you and discuss anything at all. We do appreciate your feedback. Kind regards
My wife has been a resident at Manor House for five and a half years. In that time, she has always been treated with respect. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have only visited 4 times and each time I have had my temperature taken each time. I think the management and staff have always treated my wife with respect.
Thank you very much for your 5* review, it is very much appreciated. I am so glad to hear that you are happy with all aspects of your wife's care. Kind regards.
My mother has been at this care home for 3years plus. During the whole lockdown period, all management and carers have worked even harder than they normally do to keep her safe. They always go above and beyond their duties. Mon is always happy, safe well looked after. I can't thank them all for getting her through this difficult time and always keeping us updated.
Thank you very much for your review. The team work so hard to ensure that all residents are safe, well and entertained. They will be pleased to know that their hard work has been recognised. Kind regards
I just wanted to say an enormous thank you to the manager and the whole team at Manor House care home. You care for my dad. He has been with you since Sept 19, and my initial impressions of visiting the care home were well-founded. You have a gem here, it’s such a fantastic place for much-loved family members to live. Dad settled so well. Since COVID the level of attention has been solely in your hands, like many relatives I have felt lost at not seeing my dad, but regular and excellent communications have helped. Dad is very settled, despite his health declining he is wrapped up in the most wonderful care from all staff. You have exceptional standards, but mostly you just care so much. I cannot ever tell you what that means.
I can't thank you enough for your wonderful review. Everyone at Manor House has worked so hard to ensure that all residents are kept safe and well. It's been a difficult time but excellent and compassionate care will always shine through. Well done to the whole team. Kind regards
I have been impressed with Manor House since my nan moved in almost 3 years ago. The care is amazing and all the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Staff provide appropriate activities and make a lovely environment for all the residents.
Wonderful, thank you for your kind review.
Since Mum has been a resident, the management and staff have treated her with the utmost respect, dignity and compassion. The staff led by the management team have all the resident's best interests at heart and go above and beyond on a daily basis. To our family, all at Manor House have shown nothing but a professional manner.
Wonderful, thank you for your review!
She moved into the Manor about 14 months ago and found it hard at first to settle but the staff kept on trying to encourage her to join in. She did start to until she became too ill. My mom was moved back to the Manor from hospital to end her life where she wanted to be and over the last three weeks of her life. She was looked after so well and when we went to visit the staff went out of their way for us offering sandwiches. When my mom passed they all came in to say goodbye and pass on their condolences. When my mom was been taken from the home for the last time all the staff lined up to see her go, it was a lovely thing to see as a family member.
Absolutely wonderful. Thank you for leaving a great snapshot of your time at our care home, the staff will be very pleased to hear that they've made a positive difference to your experience at Manor House - Best regards.
When we visit my aunt she is contented and is well looked after and well cared for. We are very grateful for the way the home gave her such a happy day for her 101st birthday. Staff were very kind to her.
Hello John, that's great to hear, what a great age to be! Thank you for your review - Best regards

We joined mother for a meal this Christmas and we were served an excellent meal. The staff were wonderful (as always). The whole run up to Christmas has been really good with entertainment and activities for the residents.
