I am very happy that my Dad is a resident of Clarendon House. He likes the staff and the residents which in turn allows me to relax in the knowledge that he is both relaxed and feels like he is in a safe environment. The staff are very friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. My Dad is comfortable here, he enjoys the food and is settled. I am happy that they have a close working relationship wtih the local doctors should the need arise. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We recently moved Mum into Clarendon House from another where they were unable to provide the care required. Tracey - Care Manager made this whole process very easy. The care and compassion was superb. She made the family feel good about the move. The staff in the home have given us the confidence that Mum will be well looked after.

I have visited on only 3 occasions. The staff have always been polite and helpful on the phone and always offered me refreshments on my arrival. My friend is obviously happy and she appears well cared for. Her daughter, with whom I am in contact, cannot speak too highly of the care home and its staff and the care and support her mother is receiving.

The staff are very caring and show great patience. They took my father's agitated behavour completely in their stride as they knew him well enough. Overall we were very happy and a special thanks to Tracy and Suzanne in particular. Much help also in preparing paperwork for claiming help.
My father was always well fed - often having a second meal instead of just seconds!
