Mum came here as her care home closed. I chose this place as I had heard great reviews and it has lived upto and beyond my expectations. My mum looks happy, has more to say and looks well looked after. The staff are so helpful and kind. There is a social media page that you can watch clips of the activities which are daily. Mum joins in. I actually took mum out for a couple of hours as she is more active something I wasn't encouraged to do at her old place. I can't thank the staff for the peace of mind I now have. Also her room was decorated to her taste before she moved in.
Thank you for your review and your positive feedback. It is great to read you have peace of mind since choosing Clarendon House for your Mother, it is a pleasure caring for your Mother.

The staff are always welcoming and accommodating when we visit our Nan. I like to follow and watch the videos on social media because it's nice to see my Nan getting involved in the activities they do. They seem to go above and beyond to keep the residents happy.

I was so worried about leaving my mum in a care home as we have never been in this situation before. The manager and her wonderful staff immediately put my mind at rest. They are calm, caring, respectful and kind. I am able to get back to normality (I cared and lived with mum for two months) knowing she is part of a small but caring home. I am so very grateful.
The staff have been amazing with my mother in law, helping us through a difficult period of moving into care. The team have been highly responsive to our needs, and been very quick to bring her into the little gang at Clarendon. The daily entertainments are something we could never provide, and the social media updates are wonderful to watch.
Made the first visit which was nervewracking as a visitor really wonderful. It is a calm inviting environment that nan seems to be thriving in.
Always greeted warmly. Calm environment. Really care about residents. Always respectful

My mother required respite care, and I managed to find a bed at Clarendon House Care Home. The manager visited me the same day I telephoned, and my mother was taken to Clarendon House the following day. Since her arrival, I have always found the staff attentive, and very caring, The senior staff constantly ask if there is any issue, and all changes to diet or patient needs are recorded and implemented. Every time I am allowed into the building I am met with a smile from staff who answer the door, taken to my mother's room, and even provided with refreshment. I feel so fortunate that my mother is in Clarendon House, and am grateful to all staff and management for all they do to look after my mother.

We needed to find emergency respite care for my dad and the home has been so accommodating to this. They made the process easy in difficult circumstances for the family and appreciated their responsiveness to the situation. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and we know that my dad is safe and being cared for by them. They are very welcoming when we visit and helpful if we have any questions.

Very compassionate, staff are amazing, they can not do enough and managers are so attentive to all our needs. They go above and beyond as my mum is Punjabi and doesn't speak English. Your kindness and attention to detail has meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. The home is clean and tidy. We chose this home because it had a real family feel, which was important. It's not a big home but this way my mum is not just a number and gets a lot more care on a one to one basis. We are eternally grateful for all you do for our mum.
