Thank you for your review, it is great to read your feedback. It is a pleasure having you at Clarendon House.
My uncle has recently moved into Clarendon House, and the care support and communication have been excellent. All the staff are warm, friendly and approachable. The manager is great and kept me updated throughout the transition from my uncle's move from the hospital to the home. Although he has only been in the home for a short time he has settled well. The staff have been so accommodating and a great comfort to him. My uncle was so apprehensive about the move to a care home but after visiting him I can see he will be treated well here, it's such a homely comforting environment.

My Mother moved in around 1 month ago, at first we were very worried about how she would settle in but she is so happy, she loves all the staff and she says the food is fabulous. I get regular updates from a staff member which is great. I cannot recommend the manager and all the staff enough for the level of care and respect shown to my Mum.

Everyone was very welcoming, including some of the residents. It was lovely to see my MIL interact with new people. She has been very isolated and I was a bit concerned how she would integrate. However I need not have worried she has embraced the Clarendon House.
Thank you for your review and feedback, it is great to read that your mother-in-law has embraced Clarendon House. Integration and engaging in person-centred activities is of utmost priority to us at Clarendon House to ensure our residents live rich and fulfilling lives.
We visit at very short notice, some may say “spot check”, and she and the staff are always ready for us. I believe we have met most of the staff now and I truly think that they all enjoy their job and cannot do enough to care for the residents. We chose this home after putting our faith in our initial 2 senior staff members who presented the residence to us. They, or any of the staff have not let us down in any way. They have relieved so much pressure from our lives too. AAA+++
