Please note, the weekly fee does not include hairdressing, chiropody or other healthcare visits or
appointments not covered by the NHS, toiletries, newspapers or magazines, any over the counter

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

We will pass your feedback onto the Chef and his team, but if there are specific elements that are not quite cooked to your mom's liking, please do let us know and we can look into this for you (we do find that sometimes not all residents agree on how they like things cooked, for example some prefer their vegetables more al dente than others, but well always do our best to make everyone as happy as possible as we realise how important dining is.

In regards to food at the home, everything is cooked fresh by our Chef and his team, with menus offering choices and based on feedback from residents. If there's ever anything that your Mom would like that's not on the menu, just let us know and we'll be more than happy to help. Likewise, if there is a dish that's not quite up to scratch, we'll be happy to swap it for her it there and then can pass any feedback along to the Chef so they can improve this in future.

I qualified as a nurse in 2011 and have worked in various roles during my nursing career.
This has enabled me to gain the experience and knowledge that I have today and to be in the privileged position of managing Foxland Grange.
My roles have included working in hospitals, in a quality team, developing practice for nurses and in complex care in a nursing home. Delivering the best quality care is at the heart of what I do.
