My father moved into Ross Court Care Home last spring and we have found the staff to be patient and excellent with him. He has Alzheimer's so can be quite challenging sometimes. His needs are met daily. My only recommendation would be for regular sit-downs with the manager or senior staff to review how he is doing. Although it is the cold season and staff are busy, it would be good if he could be taken for a walk each day, as he misses the outdoors.

I just wanted to express my thanks to the whole team at Barchester Ross Court Care Home for the care and support they gave my dad during the last two years of his life. He definitely wouldn't have got to 92 without them and that support extended to the family too. Thank you Ross Court Care Home.

I spent a month at Barchester Ross Court Care Home after being in hospital for two weeks. I found that the care and attention were excellent and the food could not be faulted! Much enjoyed. The staff were very friendly and could not be more helpful. I enjoyed my stay at Ross Court.

Recently we attended the home for 4 days, to visit for a 90th birthday. All staff were polite and friendly and seemed to actively engage with all residents. The home itself is bright, clean and very comfortable. The staff helped organise a very enjoyable party which family and friends attended, as well as other residents.

Food excellent. I explained to staff I had all my facilities, complaints not knocking at bedroom door for entry. Been there three days when head nurse entered my room and opened my wardrobe, what are you doing I asked, reply getting you a clean shirt you have had that white one on three days, I only wear white and change every two days. Told her don't come to my room again. Complaint 2) two strangers in my room, did not know where they were. Security shocking. Will not be returning.

Barchester Ross Court Care Home put on a beautiful afternoon tea for Mum's 97th birthday for her family guests. It was lovely, with sandwiches, savouries, birthday cake and a beautifully decorated table.
It was a lovely surprise and made Mum's and our day very special.

Thank you to all concerned.

Ross Court is a first-class care home. Under excellent management, the staff are brilliant and go to extraordinary lengths to ensure that my mother, and all the other residents, are comprehensively cared for, with compassion and dignity. Communications flow between myself and the home is faultless. Ross Court has a convivial atmosphere and it is always a pleasure for me to visit my mother there. Keep up the good work!

It's a dream come true for my dad to be at Barchester Ross Court Care Home. Beautiful home with next-level care and facilities. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. You can see they love what they do. Love that they do activities to get the residents socialising. It helps me massively knowing Dad is being cared for 24/7. The managers at Ross Court have certainly gone the extra mile for my dad. Forever grateful.

My mother's 98th birthday at Barchester Ross Court Care Home, an outstanding celebration, such thought and care went into the afternoon. The staff are always wonderful and since the new manager has been in place, everything has been under continuous review to see if it can be even better. Mum is very happy and extremely well cared for. I am confident that she is safe and well-stimulated too. The care she receives is second to none.

My mother continues to enjoy being a resident here. Very happy!

The home was happy to accommodate a family get-together, for eight people, to celebrate my mother's 98th birthday. We had a wonderful lunch and the table setting surpassed all our expectations. It was wonderful, certainly a wow factor! Also to share our celebrations with Mum's wider family, the other residents and the amazing carers.

Instantly, on entering Barchester Ross Court Care Home, the atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. Staff and management are very kind and welcoming. They treat the residents like treasured guests in a five-star hotel and very much retain the personal touch. I am very happy with my 93-year-old friend being looked after in Ross Court. To visit her here is very pleasant and she feels like she is at home. I have visited other care homes in the area and feel Ross Court has the best facilities and care.

Dad enjoyed his stay at Barchester Ross Court Care Home, he was unsettled to begin with but soon found his way around and made friends. He especially enjoyed the activities and food. IN hindsight, his first stay for respite should have been a fortnight to give him more time to adjust but that was our decision and nothing to do with Ross Court.

Ross Court Care Home is beyond excellent! My mother has been at Ross Court for around 3 years now. Her dementia is now quite severe. I live in the USA and it gives me such comfort to know she is being well cared for. Absolutely all of the staff are fantastic. I am able to do video calls with my mum anytime which is the next best thing to being there. I would highly recommend this care home in a heartbeat.
