Maple Tree Court

So pleased with my dads care here. He is so well looked after and wants for nothing His care is personalised and the staff are fabulous at keeping me upto date with everything. All the staff are lovely never miserable even on bad days. Food cleanliness & tidyness is second to none. Always smells nice when you go in. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for care. I could not have picked better.

My dad was a resident at Maple Tree care home for 3 years and passed away in March this year. The care he received was more than the best. The care home is very modern. Dad was valued and encouraged to help himself (even though he was unable to due to advanced Parkinsons disease). Although dad passed away in hospital, Maple Tree enabled him to have dignity right to the end. I would certainly recommend this wonderful care home in a heart beat. Thanks for everything

All staff very friendly and helpful to me as well as my wife (the resident). I was called every time my wife needed the ambulence (health condition) and helped to look after us. I will always be grateful to them all. My wife has just passed away after a short time at this place (3 1/2 month) they are all understanding is second to none I could not fault any of them in any way.

I have visited Maple Court weekly to visit a friend who has resided there for approximately three years. I have always found it a very comfortable place. The staff are very friendly and supportive of all the residents giving them their time, which is most important. The surroundings are clean and well organised, giving all the residents a sense of security. I feel that it is a very special place for all the residents who are not able to live alone.

Absolutely amazing care home mum is very happy at Maple Tree. Always well presented and has gained more confidence. Mum is very settled. Staff are amazing always there and helpful, caring, happy and welcoming.

It's a place where my/our mother/ we know is being cared for in a dignified and respectful way. A place to call 'home' with residents and carers who seem to know each other, in other words, somewhere it's proven to be a very caring place to be.

Louise is excellent in all aspects she always keeps us informed of everything. Very professional in everything. Mum (Elaine) things Louise is always helpful and talks to mum on anything that is needed.

Since visiting my friend at Maple Tree Court I can honestly say that the cleanliness care and support of residence is second to none. The social areas and public areas are clean bright and inviting. The residence rooms and ensuite are cleaned daily to a very high standard making it very homely. In my opinion the home is run to a very high standard where care staff and management are focused on the home from home experience for residence.

My mother arrived at Maple Tree on the 2nd of September. During the last 3 weeks she is happy, settled and safe. We cannot ask for more than that. All staff show great professionalism at all times! Many thanks.

I have been a resident at Maple Tree Court since December 2024 and the standard of care is excellent. The staff are outstanding and professional and the facilities are superb. I am on a vegetarian diet and the chefs have worked very closely with me throughout. Maple Tree Court is truly excellent.

Mum has been resident at Maple Tree for nearly 2 years. We have always found the care and support given by the staff to be excellent. We know if we have any concerns or any issues we can contact them to discuss. We feel mum is well looked after and she is in a safe environment.

What I will always remember is mum saying I love living hear, this was important to me knowing she was happy in her environment. I would highly recommend this home.

An excellent care home. Staff are obviously recruited extremely well, all demonstrating bespoke care for each individual resident. They take the time to get to know their clients + their families. Communication is excellent about all situations + they are pro-active regarding medical needs. The atmosphere in the home is lovely, food is good, plenty of organised activities. All staff are kind + have endless patience. Highly recommend.

Lovely staff, considerate and helpful. This is such a great care home and I feel so reassured that Mum is getting the best care available. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff will always check in with you.

This home is amazing. Loving, caring staff who go above and beyond. Mum moved in July and settled in straight away she loves all the staff who support her in every way. Very welcoming and always on hand to speak to. Highly recommend.

My gran was living here for just over a year before she passed away. The carers had a lovely connection with her. The rooms were always clean and tidy and well looked after. The home itself is spacious and so are the rooms with all ensuite. She was always looked after and supported with her needs. She never left her room but the staff would always go in and check on her regularly and pour her an Irish cream liqueur at night time. She made friends with the lady next door and would sometimes sit down at the end of the corridor watching the schoolchildren. The staff were brilliant with her right till the end even though she could be" stubborn " they would always try and encourage her to get up and dressed and join in. Would recommend most defiantly

My dad has been in Maple Tree Court for 9 years, the staff I couldn't thank enough for all the care and support and kindness they give to my dad, the rooms and bathrooms are always clean, the food is lovely and nothing is too much trouble, I would highly recommend this home.

My Dad moved into Maple Tree in March and remained there until his death in October. During this time he was cared for with dignity, respect, and attention. We were kept updated on his welfare and as a family welcomed any time. Towards the end, the staff were extremely mindful to ensure that Dad did not suffer and supported us in every way. The staff was caring, kind, thoughtful, and professional. Thank you for everything you do and did for Dad. We would highly recommend Maple Tree to others.
